    Click on 'Open Standard Fixed Deposit' under 'Deposit'
    Select your account from the dropdown to choose the type of FD:
    • NRO Account: To open an NRO FD
    • NRE Account:To open an NRE/FCNR FD
    Fill all the details and click on 'Submit'
    On submission,FD will be created instantly and FD number will be displayed on the screen with details

    * Write to nri@icicibank.com from your registered email id mentioning the following details related to the Fixed Deposit to be booked in your email:
    Type of Deposit- NRE FD/NRO FD.
    Amount of booking- Mention the amount over here.
    Mode of Funding- Mention the Debit Account number for creation of your FD. Debit account number should mandatorily be NRE account if you want to create an NRE FD.
    Interest Payout Option- Traditional- Monthly/Traditional- Quarterly/Cumulative- On Maturity
    Tenure- Mention the tenure in days/months
    Renewal parameters- Mention whether you want auto renewal of your FD or closure of FD on maturity
    Repayment Account- Mention Savings Account to be credited on maturity of deposit.
    If PAN is not available,then please download Form 60 and attach this in the email.

    Your FD will be created within 1 working day.

    PAN/Form 60 is mandatory for booking of deposits above INR 50,000.
     
    *Requests for FD without premature withdrawal facilty can only be made through branch and direct channel.

    #Please note that requests through Internet Banking, iMobile app and Phone banking (Call us) can only be made if PAN is updated in your account. If PAN is not updated in your account, please make a request through e-mail, direct and Branch Banking channels.

    Online FD opened through Internet Banking and iMobile app will be in auto renewal mode. If you wish to withdraw on maturity, you may call Customer Care to make a request for auto-closure on maturity date.

    Type of Deposit- NRE RD/NRO RD.
    Instalment amount- Mention the instalment amount in multiples of INR 1000. Minimum amount should be INR 5000.
    Mode of Funding- Mention the Savings Account number for creation of your RD. Savings Account should mandatorily be an NRE Account if you want to create an NRE RD.
    Tenure- Mention the tenure in multiple of 3 months
    Repayment Account- Mention the Savings Account to be credited on maturity of RD.
    If Permanent Account Number (PAN) is not available, please download Form 60 and attach it in the e-mail.
