Money2India Mobile App is an application that allows  new and exisitng users of ICICI Bank’s money transfer tracking service to register and transact.- Money2India (www.money2india.com), who have been tracking money transfers via desktops and laptops, to do the same through their smart phones.

What features does the Mobile App have?


The Money2India Mobile App allows you to:

  • Voice command money transfers through the Siri functionality on iOS phones (v10 and above)
  • Social Pay to allow easy addition of beneficiary accounts through social channels like Whatsapp, Gmail, Facebook etc
  • Transfer funds to beneficiaries in India from anywhere/ anytime from your mobile, use Fixed Rupee facility and get confirmed exchange rates
  • Track your past transactions
  • Ease of login with fingerprint/4-digit mPin
  • Quick Pay to repeat previous transactions in 3 easy steps
  • New users can download the App and register for the service
  • Add a new bank account or receiver account

What are the pre-requisites for using Siri on Money2India App


  • Money2India App should be installed on Apple phone
  • Allow Siri permissions to access Money2India App

Is any set-up required for using Siri functionality


Follow below steps for one-time setup of Siri:

  • Download Money2India App from the Appstore
  • Grant permission to Money2India App to for Siri access
  • Login to the Mobile App
  • Enable Touch ID login

How to initiate Money2India transactions on Siri?


  • Launch Siri
  • Give Voice command to Siri with Amount, currency and recipient nickname, For ex.: Send $100 to Mom
  • Confirm the details on Siri
  • Login to the Money2India App using Touch ID
  • Review and confirm the transaction details

 

Is there any additional fee for using Siri


No. There is no additional fees for using Siri to initiate Money2India transactions.

Is there any specific system requirement to access this facility


This feature is available on iOS v10 and above.

What are the security measures being undertaken by the bank when sending money through the Siri functionality?


The communication between Siri and Money2India Mobile App takes place over a secured channel. Financial details of the transaction and user details are not shared by Money2India with Siri. The transaction is initiated only after the user is verified on the Money2India Mobile App (with Touch ID/mPIN/User ID-Password). All transactions happen on secure Bank servers. This ensures user data privacy and safety.

Money2India Mobile App is supported on the following platforms:

Is the Mobile App secure?


Yes! All critical information is encrypted and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person can access & use Money2India App from following six countries i.e. USA, Canada, UK, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong, who has access to your mobile device can access your account.

The information you see in the Mobile App is shown in real-time, so it's always accurate and updated.
