TERMS & CONDITIONS

    BOOKING PROCESS:

    To book golf session or lessons, please call 24x7 Golf Concierge 7 days in advance on 1800-102-6263. The MasterCard World Golf programme is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
  • The MasterCard golf programme is not a Golf club membership and is not to be regarded as a Golf Club Membership. Principal/primary MasterCard World Card Members may enjoy complimentary green fee access as per the list of golf clubs stipulated on any day of the week as the green fees will be paid by MasterCard on their behalf.
  • As per rules of golf and universal golf etiquette, there must be a minimum of 2 balls per flight on Weekdays and a minimum of 3 balls per flight on Weekends and Public Holidays. The maximum number of players per flight is 4 on any day. MasterCard/Apexlynx (Contractor) will not be responsible to make up the minimum flight conditions for any Card Member who does not meet the stipulated minimum flight conditions.
  • The Card Member shall be allowed to play with members of the club or any other green fee paying guests and use the benefits of this programme, provided that a confirmed golf booking is held by the other players.
  • Acceptance of all bookings/changes to tee times will be at the discretion of the Golf clubs and subject to availability.
  • Card Members can bring guest(s). There is a maximum limit of 3 guest(s) per golf booking, which is subject to availability. Card Members must prepay for their guests at the time of making the booking by using their ICICI Bank Diamant MasterCard World Credit Card only.
  • All other costs and charges such as F&B expenses, consumables, rental of golf equipment, golf-cart charges, caddy fees etc. to be borne by the Card Member(s) and his/her guest(s). Card Members and guests have to pay directly at the club for buggy, caddie, turfmate and insurance at normal published rates at the club, where applicable.
  • All booking requests must be made at least 7 working days in advance by the Card Member.
  • Golfers must have at least a valid handicap that meets the local club rules upper handicap limit to play golf. However, at clubs where handicap is not compulsory, contractor shall assist for the booking at the golf course on a best effort basis.
  • There will be an administration fee of `500 for any changes made after confirmation of booking. Changes can only be made based on availability.


  • There will be no rain check i.e. a Card Member will not be entitled to any refund of any paid charges or extension of booking for a golf game that is suspended or cancelled due to rain, inclement weather or for any other reason as may be locally decided by the Golf club.
  • Weekend rates apply for golf games and all other charges booked on a Saturday, Sunday, restricted holiday and public holiday as applicable.
  • All cancellation charges/administration charges will be charged to the ICICI Bank Diamant Master Card World Credit Card. This would require the principal Card Member to provide relevant information to the Apexlynx Golf Concierge to effect the charges as required.
  • Card Members will not be granted access rights to the stipulated clubs without booking through the MasterCard Golf Concierge. The principal/primary Card Members are to make all enquiries and bookings through the Concierge. Golf clubs will not entertain any correspondence/enquiries and/or attempts for bookings directly from Card Members and Card Members may not receive any response directly from Golf clubs. A club member cannot make a booking directly at the club and transfer the confirmed tee-time over to the Master Card programme and vice versa.
  • The Master Card Golf programme cannot be used by Card Members or their guests in conjunction with any other promotional golf programme or to participate in any private event, tournament or any other special golf day arrangement.
  • This golf programme is valid for golf course access only to individual Card Members and is not valid for any Group Bookings.
  • Card Members and/or their guests may not have access to the other facilities at the Golf club.
  • To the fullest extent permissible by law, MasterCard will ensure that each participating MasterCard Card Member releases the Contractor from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with their participation in the programme.
  • Card Members will abide by the rules and regulations at each of the golf courses inclusive of all local club committee rules as applicable to green fee players.
  • Master Card and Contractor do not underwrite or warrant the services performed by the golf courses/driving ranges/golf coaches and shall not have any liability for any deficiency, delay or imperfection in such services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a Card Member directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the services provided by the golf club/driving range or golf coach.

    • CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GOLF BOOKINGS – WEEKDAY:
  • Cancellation must be made more than 1 working day in advance prior to tee-off date, not counting the date of the confirmed booking. 100% penalty equivalent to amount of published walk-in green fees at that club will be charged for breach of cancellation condition.
    • CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GOLF BOOKINGS – WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS:
  • Cancellation must be made 2 working days in advance prior to tee-off date not counting the date of the confirmed booking. 100% penalty equivalent to amount of published walk-in green fees at that club will be charged for breach of cancellation condition.

    • Each Golf Lesson will be comprise of at least 30 minutes in duration and will include:
  • Green Fees to Access the Golf Course / Driving Range for the Lesson
  • Instructor's Fees
  • Range Golf Balls at 50 Golf Balls per Lesson

    Terms & Conditions For Complimentary Individual Golf Lessons:
    Principal ICICI Bank Diamant MasterCard World Credit Card members may enjoy complimentary golf lessons /golf coaching at 5 cities in India on weekdays and weekends.

    Acceptance of all bookings for golf lessons / golf coaching are subject to availability and at the discretion of the golf instructors / golf coaches and / or the golf clubs / driving ranges.
    Card members must call the ICICI Bank Diamant Credit Card Personal Concierge to make bookings for golf lessons / golf coaching.
    Bookings must be made at least 3 working days in advance and shall be subject to availability of the golf instructor / golf facilities.
    There will be an administration fee of Rs. 500 for any changes made after confirmation of booking. Changes can only be made based on availability.
    The MasterCard golf program cannot be used by card members or their guests in conjunction with any other promotional golf program.
    To the fullest extent permissible by law, MasterCard will ensure that each participating MasterCard card member releases Contractor from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense including any claim for legal expenses sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with their participation in the program.     Cancellation Policy – Golf Clinics:
    Cancellation must be made 2 working days in advance prior to golf lesson. 100% penalty equivalent to amount of published walk-in charges payable for a golf lesson at that club will be charged in case of breach of cancellation conditions.
