  • Go to User Profile (top right corner)

  • Navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section

  • Select the flight booking you wish to cancel

  • Click on ‘Cancel Booking’ and follow the instructions.

Please note that cancellation policies are determined by the travel partners and airlines and cancellation charges may apply.

Will I get a full refund if I cancel my booking?

Refund policies depend on the airline’s / Online Travel Agent’s rules and the type of fare booked. Non-refundable fares might not be eligible for a refund.

How long does it take to process a refund for my flight booking?

Refunds are typically processed within 7 - 10 working days, depending on the payment method used and the airline’s policy.

What happens if my flight is cancelled by the airline?

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you will be notified and you might be offered alternative flight options or a full refund, as per the airline’s policy.

Flights Check-in and Boarding

When should I arrive at the airport for my flight?

For domestic flights, its recommended to arrive at least 2 hours before departure. For international flights, arrive at least 3 hours before departure. Please follow the instructions provided by the airlines for a smooth travel experience.

Can I select my seat during booking?

Yes, you can select your seat while making a booking. The seat selection options might vary from airline to airline. There may be additional charges applicable while selecting a seat.

What should I do if I miss my flight?

If you miss your flight, contact the airline directly for any assistance required.

How can I do a web check-in for my flight?

You can do web check-in through the airline’s website. In most cases, the airline will also send out communication on the mobile number and email address used for the booking, about completing your web check-in.

Deals, Offers and Reward Points on iShop

How can I earn reward points on iShop?

You can earn accelerated reward points when making purchases using your ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card. These points are awarded based on the type of transaction and the ongoing promotions at the time of purchase. How can I redeem my reward points?

Reward points earned on iShop can be redeemed through ICICI Bank’s rewards programme. You can use them for future transactions on iShop or other available redemption options.

Can I combine multiple offers?

Offers and promotions on iShop cannot typically be combined unless specifically mentioned in the terms of the offer. Please review the offer details.

When will my reward points or cashback be credited and become available for use?

Typically, your ICICI Bank reward points / cashbacks are credited to your ICICI Bank Credit Card / Debit Card within 90 days of the transaction or from 45 days of the completion of travel / stay, whichever is later. However, in some cases, it might take longer, depending on the merchant or specific promotions. You will be able to view and redeem your reward points through the ICICI Bank rewards platform and on iShop once they are credited. Cashbacks are credited to your Card and can be seen in your statement.

How many reward points can I earn on iShop and is there any limit on the points that can be earned on iShop?

You can earn up to 6X reward points on flight bookings, up to 12X reward points on hotel bookings and up to 6X reward points on the purchase of shopping vouchers. For example, a transaction made using an ICICI Bank Sapphiro Card on a regular e-commerce portal for a flight booking will earn you 2 reward points per ₹ 100. But the same flight booking made using the same Card on iShop will give you 12 reward points per ₹ 100. iCash

How do I earn iCash?

You earn iCash on every successful transaction carried out on iShop using ICICI Bank Net Banking. The amount of iCash earned varies on the type of purchase and any ongoing offers at the time.

When will my iCash be credited?

iCash is credited to your account within 2 days after the date of travel or the delivery of the shopping voucher (if applicable). You can use the credited iCash for future purchases on iShop once it becomes available in your iCash account.

How can I redeem my iCash?

You can redeem your iCash during checkout on iShop by selecting Net Banking as the mode of payment. The amount of iCash you choose to redeem will correspondingly reduce your total payable amount. iCash can only be redeemed for making up to 80% of the cart / order value on iShop while the remaining amount has to be paid through Net Banking.

Is there a minimum or maximum iCash redemption limit?

Up to 80% of the order / cart value on iShop can be paid through iCash and the balance amount has to be paid using ICICI Bank Net Banking.

Is there a fee for using iCash in transactions?

There is no fee for redemption of iCash.

Does iCash have an expiration date?

iCash typically has a validity period of 3 years including the date of credit, after which it expires if not used. The validity period will be communicated to you at the time of earning the iCash. Can I use non-ICICI Bank Cards / Net Banking for payment?

iShop is a platform exclusively for ICICI Bank customers. Hence, only ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking can be used for making purchases on iShop.

Are there any charges / fees for transactions for iShop?

There are no extra charges / fees levied by ICICI Bank for carrying out transactions on iShop. However, the partners on iShop may charge a convenience fee or booking fee which is a regular practice on their own websites as well. The detailed breakdown of such charges, taxes etc. will be visible as a part of your purchase summary in the booking confirmation e-mail or order history on iShop.

Can I save my Card details on iShop?

Currently, iShop does not offer the option to save Card details. For every purchase, you need to enter your ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card details. However, this feature is being considered for future updates and once available, it will allow users to securely save their Card details for faster and more convenient checkouts.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In the event of a payment / transaction failure, please check if the amount has been deducted from your Credit Card or Savings Account. If the amount has been deducted, it will be refunded within 7-10 working days. If the amount is not refunded after this period, please e-mail the iShop Customer Support team at <support@ishoprewards.com> or 1800 570 1955  with all the details.

In case of a payment failure, what happens to the reward points that I had redeemed for my purchase?

In the event of a payment / transaction failure, the redeemed points are reversed and you will be able to see them against your Card within 30 minutes after the failed transaction. You will not be charged a redemption fee for the failed transaction.

Can I cancel the transaction / booking after successful payment?

Yes, you can cancel a transaction / booking after making the payment. However, the cancellation and refund process will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel partner, service provider or merchant. For example, travel bookings are governed by the policies of the travel partner, while shopping voucher purchases are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. Please review the respective cancellation and refund policies before proceeding with your transaction.

What is Quick Checkout?

Quick Checkout (QCO) is a functionality of Net Banking that allows users to make faster payments on iShop. Customers have to complete a one-time registration to activate this feature for Net Banking. For all subsequent Net Banking payments, only OTP authentication will be required to be done by the customer.

What is the transaction limit for Quick Checkout?

Total transaction (amount) limit for one day is ₹ 2.5 crore and you can make maximum 10 transactions in a day.

What are the payment methods accepted on iShop?

Can I choose my seat while booking a bus ticket?

Yes, you have the option to choose your preferred seat based on availability during the booking process. Look for the ‘seat selection’ feature on the booking page.

How can I make changes to my bus booking?

What are shopping vouchers?

Points + Cash transactions

How do I use my reward points in a Points + Cash transaction?

When making a purchase, you can select the option to use your reward points / iCash at checkout. You will be prompted to specify how many points you wish to redeem and the remaining amount will be charged to your selected payment method (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking).

Are there any restrictions on using reward points / iCash for transactions?

Are the reward points / iCash used in Points + Cash transactions redeemable later?

No, once reward points / iCash are redeemed in a transaction, they cannot be reclaimed or used again.

Can I check my reward points’ balance before making a transaction?

Yes, you can check your available reward points in the User Profile section of iShop or on the payment page before making a transaction. This will help you decide how many reward points you wish to redeem.

What if I cancel a transaction where I used my reward points?

If you cancel a transaction where reward points were used, the points will be refunded according to the cancellation policy of iShop. The cash portion will be refunded to the original payment method.

Is there a fee for using points/ iCash in transactions?

There is a fee of ₹ 99 + GST for every time reward points are used in a transaction. There is no fee for redemption of iCash in a transaction.

How is the refund processed for reward points / iCash + Cash transactions?

Refunds for Points + Cash transactions will be processed based on the amount paid in cash and the reward points redeemed. The cash portion will be refunded to the original payment method, while the reward points / iCash will be restored to your account as per eligibility.
