TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The disbursement will be made on 60% of the principal amount due on respective investments.

• The debenture holders shall furnish the original Debenture Certificate/s along with the duly filled claim form to GDA. The DT will take custody of all the original Debenture Certificates from GDA and keep them in its safe custody for future requirements.

• GDA will start accepting the claims immediately from the publication of this notice. The claims will be processed by GDA for payments subject to the satisfaction of GDA and/or ICICI Bank Ltd. The debenture holders may file their claim with GDA only till 30/11/2009.

•  Thereafter, the debenture holders may file their claim with Mr. Mahesh Shah, Corporate Legal Group, ICICI Bank Ltd. ICICI Bank Towers, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051.

• In case of any payments to be made in future to the debenture holders, the debenture holders authorise the DT to credit the amount to the account details given in the claim form.

• The debenture holders agree and undertake to bring back the money disbursed as and when directed by the Hon'ble Court and desired and communicated by the DT and/or its authorised agent.

• The debenture holders agree to deduction of fees and expenses incurred by the DT.

• The debenture holders agree to indemnify the DT and keep it indemnified against all losses, prejudice and damages caused to the DT or to be caused to the DT in future by any act or omission of the debenture holder and or any third party, whomsoever.

The DT has uploaded the claim form on the website. The debenture holders are requested to fill up all the details and send the same to its authorised agent appointed for processing and making payment to the debenture holders at the below mentioned addresses.

The debenture holder can also collect the claim forms from any of the offices of the DTs aforesaid authorised agent or at the DT's Branch situated at - ICICI Bank Limited, 1st Floor, “B-Wing”, Laxmi Towers Branch, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East) Mumbai – 400 051.
