What is WEB CMS?


CICI Bank offers WEB CMS to its customers to facilitate viewing and downloading of online and detailed MIS reports. Presently, the following reports are available on the WEB CMS:

Standard Reports:

  • Collection report
  • Realization report
  • Return report
  • Lodgment report
  • Net credit report (with date range)
  • Instrument query

    Customised Reports:
  • Report writer
  • Report scheduler
  • How do I register for Web CMS?


    A. For new users: At your nearest bank branch, you can submit the Channel Registration Form and mandate letter to avail corporate internet banking facility. Please ensure that you select WEB CMS in the form.

    B. For existing Corporate Internet Banking users: You can write to corporatecare@icicibank.com mentioning the following details:

    • Corporate ID
    • Customer codes
    • Customer's name
    • User ID
    • Email-address of the user (optional)

    Post registration to the facility you can click here to log on to the Corporate Internet Banking.

    Note: WEB CMS does not provide for any transaction access and is used only for information on the CMS transactions.

    How to avail cash or cheque pick-up service?


    For both cash and cheque pick-up services, we request you to contact your relationship manager, solution manager or visit your account opening branch.

    How to avail Cash Management Service?


    For availing of Cash Management Service (service and product Information) you are requested to contact your relationship manager, solution manager or visit your account opening branch.
