In the interest of your health and safety, we encourage you to use our digital solutions while you stay safe at home and we believe that with such an array of digital services at your disposal, you may hardly find any reason to visit our branches.

For any exceptional situation where you may need to visit a branch, selected branches are open from 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. with staff available to cater to such essential banking needs.
Branch Timing: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. (Closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday)

In these times, handling of physical currency carries a risk of transmission and hence it is advised that we avoid cash transactions. However, in order to meet your cash needs, we are doing our best to keep all our ATMs operational. We are monitoring the situation to ensure service levels are maintained.

Phone Banking Services
We are offering only limited and essential services on our phone banking platform. Reach out to us for reporting a loss of card, unauthorised transaction or to avail any other emergency services. Alternatively, you may also login to your Internet Banking account on our website www.icicibank.com or mobile app for fulfilment of your request. We thank you for your patience and co-operation. Expect a Delay in few services
Due to nationwide lockdown and travel restrictions, we are experiencing delays with our courier partners and hence expect some delays in following services
- Clearing of Cheques
- Any dispatch of physical deliverables like Cards, Cheque Books, Returned Cheques, Physical Statement, Passwords etc.
- Processing of requests other than essential banking services
This may be another reason to use digital solutions for banking transaction wherever possible.
