DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE DE-REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR RETAIL INTERNET BANKING CUSTOMERS

STEP 1 – Login to your Internet Banking Account.

STEP 2 – Go to My Profile > De-register Digital Signature Certificate on the left hand side.

STEP 3 – Authenticate the de-registration process by providing the OTP sent on your registered mobile number

STEP 5 – Click ‘De-register Digital Signature Certificate’.

STEP 6 – Select the digital certificate and click ‘Sign’.

STEP 7 – Input the password for authenticating the digital certificate.

Confirmation page for successful de-registration of digital signature certificate will be displayed.
