Selection, addition or deletion of the products/ services / rewards offered in the redemption catalogue shall be at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank/ third party and subject to change without notice. Option of redemption once invoked by the Card Member cannot be subsequently canceled/ withdrawn/ changed. ICICI Bank shall endeavour that products / services/ rewards are delivered to the Card Member within 10 working days at his registered address. The delivery status can only be tracked by the Card Members up to 30 days post delivery. Any subsequent queries or communication for delivery status will not be entertained. Communication/queries/complaints pertaining to products/ services/ rewards that are offered to Card Member shall only be entertained, within 10 days of delivery of such products/ services/ rewards to the Card Member. Any communication made after 10 days of delivery of such product/ services/ rewards to the Card Member shall not be entertained by ICICI Bank. The communications, queries /complaints shall be taken/entertained by ICICI Bank on behalf of the manufactures/suppliers/ third parties and ICICI Bank undertakes no responsibility for the same and shall not be held liable directly or indirectly thereof. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in the delivery of the products / services/ rewards for any reason whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.
