Select 'Individual Login' and enter your login details.
   
Select 'Account Summary' from the menu and check if your contact information is updated:
• Name    • 10 digit Mobile No*.    • Date of Birth.
   
If it is updated, you may choose to logout from the top menu.
   
If it is not updated, then you need to follow the below simple steps, to update your details:
Mobile Number:
  1. From the top menu select 'Customer Service' > Contact Information
  2. Click the 'Edit' link below 'Phone Numbers'
  3. Mention the 10-digit mobile number
  4. Click the 'Update' button
Name:
  1. From the top menu select 'Helpdesk' > 'Raise Request/Complaint'
  2. Select 'Type' > Select 'Request/Complaint' from the drop-down
  3. Select 'Subtype' -> Select 'Other personal details updation' from the drop-down
  4. Select ‘Type of query’ > Name Correction, provide details and 'Attach' the necessary proof document.
  5. Click on the 'Submit' button.
Date of Birth:
  1. From the top menu select 'Helpdesk' > 'Raise Request/Complaint'
  2. Select 'Type' > Select the 'Request/Complaint' from the drop-down
  3. Select 'Subtype' > Select 'Other personal details updation' from the drop-down
  4. Select ‘Type of query’ > D.O.B Updation, provide details and 'Attach' the necessary proof document.
  5. Click on the 'Submit' button.
Your details will be updated in 3 working days, subject to valid proofs attached.
