ICICI Bank has always been my favourite bank and it becomes more when we meet an employee who goes extra mile to help a customer. I recently visited ICICI Bank Allahabad (Civil Lines) Branch regarding my dormant account and to withdraw the balance. The first time when I visited the branch, systems were not working due to server problem, but the employee catered my concern and asked for my contact details, so that she can update me once the systems start working. When I visited the branch on Monday, January 15, 2018, she was able to recognise me the moment I said my concern is regarding a dormant account. She asked me to help her with my photo ID and other documents and helped me to complete the process. She also informed that to withdraw the funds, I have to visit the branch again as I don’t have any cheque. She was also aware that I am an outstation customer. She said that she will contact me regarding the amount withdrawal after checking with the branch manager. I thought I will again visit the branch and check about this if I can withdraw the amount and if not, then the next time when I will visit Allahabad I will sort this or from Delhi branch I will see. However, it was done before I left Allahabad and ICICI Bank proved again that they are the best.
Yesterday (and a couple of visits before) I have been visiting ICICI Bank (Branch Urban Estate-2, Patiala) to get some issues resolved linked to my debit cards of 2 accounts. Ms. Payal has been very forthcoming and proactive in understanding my requirements & doubts and has been of immense help in all my visits. She spent a lot of time in helping me out at every step, clearing my queries and ultimately resolving all my problems (unlike other banks where executives mostly don't have time for their customers). I am in all praise for her and wish every executive takes out time to understand the needs of a layman customer and resolve their problems. I wish all the very best to ICICI Bank.
I want to appreciate the customer dealing staff at Dharamshala Branch for being so much supportive special thanks to Manik, Sukhwinder and Suman for helping me out of ATM card issue which was not being delivered at Dharamshala Branch due to some courier agency but staff at Dhramshala branch helped me and provided me alternate so efficiently in spite of so much busy schedule of theirs due to demonitisation. Thank You ICICI Bank and Thank you ICICI Bank Dharamshala Branch Staff.
Well done ICICI Bank Kothamangalam Branch! ( in Sivagangai district in TN) though a small branch in most affluent Chettinad area, the staff of the entire branch under the able Manager Mr. Gangai Selvan, Officer Nagarajan, Asst. Vinoth Kumar and two lady staffs namely Sarika and Thenral have risen to the occasion and have done a praise worthy service even at late evenings to the people at large in dispensing new notes in lieu of demonetised ₹500 & ₹1000 notes without any fuss and with utmost courtesy The public and customers were full of praise for their service, patience in spite of provocation at times due to heavy rush, pressing crowd from day one, hurry and anxiety to have a new notes... On behalf of the entire public and as also a long-standing customer of the bank, we extend a big thanks, all praise, accolades and bouquets to all of your esteemed staffs.
Today I went to deposit old ₹500 and ₹1000 notes to ICICI Bank Olavakkod Palakkd, Kerala India. It was a breeze operation. I appreciate the service provided by cashier Shailu Raj and her higher officer, courteous service, fast and efficient. In the days of long queues post demonetisation too, the service has been amazing.
