I have accounts at ICICI BANK JANTA COLONY, JAIPUR BRANCH, HATS OFF to the manager NEHA GOTHWAL FOR HANDLING THE PRESENT SITUATION, in such a smart way that public is very comfortable in the present circumstances for the exchange of money, a small but unique idea which she has adopted and executing, by just appointing a staff outside the branch, asking the visitor to get his name registered, giving him a token no. and informing him about the expected time of doing banking with the branch and further asking him to go home or at his workplace for PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITIES, INSTEAD OF SITTING OUTSIDE THE BANK IN A QUEUE FOR HOURS unnecessarily. I admire for her action as A COMPLETE COMFORT TO PUBLIC, I have shared this effort and idea on my WHATSAPP, as well as on my FB ACCOUNT ALSO, and have requested everyone to share this as much as they can, so that other banks may ALSO FOLLOW AND public can get some relief by standing in the long queue.
I have an account in ICICI Bank Gopal Pura Jaipur, Rajasthan Branch. Today, suddenly I needed to close 2 of my NRE FD due to some urgent work.
