Excellent service by ICICI bank in this toughest condition. No one had predicted this Govt. step for demonetisation of 500 and 1000 notes, but the way of ICICI handed their own customers as well as other bank customers for few days was excellent. I will give this feedback to RBI also, as other bank employees are get frustrated with heavy workload while ICICI executives are co-operate with customer and were giving personalised service to each customer.
After arriving from U.K. both my wife & I visited ICICI Bank branch at Gr, Floor, Shivalik 2, 132 FT Ring Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad, and we were introduced to Ms. Sanyukta Rai, Deputy Manager, who provided us with an excellent service. She took on board all our issues & enquiries and helped us to resolve it to our complete satisfaction. I would like to express our sincere thanks to Ms. Sanyukta Rai and to ICICI Bank.
We all, complete India is under drive of ₹500 and ₹1000 rupee currency demonetisation and all banking institutions are much busy since 8th November-2016.

As in most of the cases I was doing my banking from a nationalised bank although I had an account with ICICI Bank also. Then I happened to visit your New C.G. Road branch and had interaction with your staff named Dhawani Nair. I found her service excellent with a smile to anyone coming to her desk. She would always resolve any issue in a very prompt manner. It was observed that her desk was most preferred desk by customers. She was the reason my banking gradually shifted from the nationalised bank to ICICI. She is really an asset to your bank. Please convey my appreciation to her.

Sandeep helped me to sort out my account after I had dues for quite some time. I would like to thank him for the professional services on my credit card closure application procedure. Apart from collection of the dues, he made the extra effort to explain and make visits, on how the CIBIL scores could be improved upon. He coordinated with the branch for a smooth account and fixed deposit opening. Sandeep helped by coordinating for my Car Loan (of Nagpur) too, thus closure of account. His professionalism and ability to resolve issues quickly exceeded my expectations. Within a few days, Ashika was able to start the process of having my new account and linked Credit Card operational. She made sure my car’s NOC was sent to my residence on time. She is approachable, quick to resolve issues and very hard working. I wish her all the best!
