My login was locked and Indian SIM was deactivated. I needed to unlock my account, called the Customer Care and was taken care of by Sandeep. He was very professional and addressed my request. Today, the reset password was received in my India residence and I could unlock. Super grateful to all those involved.
I had a fraudulent transaction from my Savings Account on Sep 23, 2019 at 06:37 p.m. I am immensely pleased by the alertness, response and the quick action taken by your executive to block that transaction after consulting with me.
