ICICI Rewards Program will start on April 1, 2022. You will earn the new ICICI Reward Points on purchases made using on your ICICI Debit and Credit Cards from April 1, 2022 as per the card product features.
- You can choose to redeem your Reward Points through our new reward platform starting July 1, 2022 from a list of hundreds of premium brands and services offerings.
- PAYBACK points earned until 31st March, 2022 will be credited to your PAYBACK account. Starting April 1, 2022, you can redeem your PAYBACK points exclusively from PAYBACK website, PAYBACK app and at PAYBACK partners.

What is the new ICICI Rewards program?
ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Cards is launching a new exciting, state of the art ”ICICI Rewards Program’ on 1st April 2022 with a bundle of new offers.
The points earned on ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Cards from 1st April 2022 will be accrued as a part of the new ICICI Rewards Programe.
You will be able to redeem your ICICI Reward Points through ICICI Bank channels from 15th Aug 2022.
Where can I see points accrued on my cards under the ICICI Rewards Program?
Reward points will be seamlessly accrued into your ICICI Rewards account from 1st April 2022. You will be able to view your ICICI Reward Points on your ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards through ICICI channels from 31st Aug 2022.
All your points accrued under the new ICICI Rewards Program will be available for redemption from 15th Aug 2022 via ICICI Bank channels.
How can I redeem new ICICI Reward Points which are earned from 1st Apr’22?
Redemption of your ICICI Bank Rewards will be enabled from 15th Aug 2022 through the ICICI channels.

Will I be able to redeem my ICICI reward points against the outstanding on my ICICI Bank credit card?
You will be able to redeem your ICICI reward points earned on your ICICI Bank Credit Card against the outstanding on your ICICI Bank credit card soon after 15th Aug 2022.
I cannot see any points accrued on my iMobile app/ Internet banking even though I have spent on my ICICI Bank Card. Where are my points?
Reward points earned from 1st April 2022 are transferred to your ICICI Rewards account. You will be able to view your ICICI Reward Points earned on your ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards from 31st May 2022 on ICICI Bank channels.
When can I see my reward points earned for using my ICICI Bank Card on iMobile?
Your ICICI Rewards points earned on your ICICI Bank Credit Card will be credited to the ICICI Rewards account on the next date of your upcoming statement date. The new balance can be viewed on iMobile. For example, if your statement date is on 25th of every month, all reward points earned post the last statement date will be visible on 26th of the current month.
Your ICICI Rewards points earned on your ICICI Bank Debit Card will be credited to the ICICI Rewards account on or before the last day of the next month. For example, points earned in the month of April 2022, will be credited to the Rewards account by 31st May, 2022.
Please note, the reward points will reflect as zero from 1st April to above mentioned dates for credit card and debit card respectively.
What will be the validity of my new ICICI rewards point?
Validity of ICICI Reward points will be 36 months/ 3years from the date of point issuance.
What are ICICI PAYBACK Rewards points?
The points earned on your ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card under the PAYBACK program are called ICICI PAYBACK points.
Until when will I earn ICICI Payback Rewards points?
You will earn PAYBACK Reward Points for spends on your ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card till 31st March 2022. From 1st April 2022, points on spends on your ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card will accrue under the new ICICI Rewards program.
What happens to my Payback points post 31st March 2022? How and until when can I redeem/access my PAYBACK Points?
You will be able to seamlessly redeem/access your PAYBACK reward points that have been accrued until 31st March 2022 like earlier through all PAYBACK channels until the expiry of your PAYBACK Reward Points (After normal expiry of the points, these points will not be renewed): o To redeem through PAYBCAK website, please visit: https://www.payback.in/partner-brands/icici-bank/redeem-points

Will I be able to redeem my PAYBACK reward points through ICICI channels – customer call centre/i-Mobile/internet banking etc.
Post 31st March, you will be able to redeem/access your points through only PAYBACK website/call centre/app/PAYBACK partners.
ICICI Bank channels like customer call centre/i-Mobile/Internet Banking will not be accessible for redemption of PAYBACK points post 31st March 2022.
What will be the validity of my Payback points?
The validity of your Payback Points earned till March 31, 2022 remains unchanged. Points will be valid for 36 months/ 3years from the date of issuance of the points.
What happens to my reward points earned but not transferred to Payback?
All the points earned till March 31st 2022 will be transferred to PAYBACK as usual. You will be able to redeem the same through PAYBACK as detailed in Question 10.
How do resolve any disputes related to my PAYBACK points?
