I. Definitions

  • "Alliance Partner" shall mean Progressive Commerce ("My Flower Tree") (www.myflowertree.com/), who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing the Offers.
  • "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Net Banking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER/AMEX Debit Card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER/AMEX Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
  • "ICICI Bank Net Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, VISA/MASTER/AMEX Credit Card account(s), loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
  • "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card credit card and/or ICICI Bank debit card and/or ICICI Bank prepaid card any other card issued by ICICI Bank
  • "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
  • "Offer" shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER/AMEX Debit/Credit Card or ICICI Bank Net Banking services.
  • "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from April 15, 2016 to May 31, 2017 both days inclusive.
  • "Website" shall mean the following "website" of the "Alliance partner" : www.myflowertree.com/
  • "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner".
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
  • "Products/Services" shall mean the products offered by the Alliance Partner on its website.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Terms Prescribed by Alliance Partner

  • In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date

  • By clicking on the 'Place Order' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on MyFlowerTree website.
  • Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide.
  • We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you in any given situation
  • Deliveries via courier services cannot be delivered at specific times.
  • All orders will be delivered during the working day between 8am and 6pm.
  • In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on next working day.
  • To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included complete address, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
  • If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling +91 11 4583 0000 (9 am to Midnight only) or email support@myflowertree.com Please give at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.
  • Order cannot be canceled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date.
  • Delivery confirmation for all midnight deliveries will be notified next day before 10:00 am (from scheduled time of delivery).
  • Our normal delivery hours are between 9 am - 8 pm Midnight delivery hours are between 11:30 pm - 12:30 am Express Delivery is usually completed within 4 hrs or as scheduled.
  • We take preference "Preferred Delivery Time" from customer, it is for your convenience and we make our best efforts to deliver your order within "preferred timeline" however this is not guaranteed and may not always be possible.
  • During peak holidays, festivals or events, our customer service agents may not be able to provide immediate delivery confirmation. However please be assured that our team is working hard to get your orders delivered as soon as possible.
  • If the recipient is not found at home / office, your gift will be delivered to neighbour, or security. At reception (in case of office). Your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items. If recipient's number is incorrect, not responding, or not available, the delivery may not be possible and as such the recipient must collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hrs from scheduled delivery time.
  • All items ordered under "GIFTS" category are shipped using FedEx or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery timings, all orders will be delivered between 9am - 7pm and may take 3-5 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters. Please notice "Earliest Date of Delivery" specified on product description page. If you have ordered multiple products and selected a date of delivery earlier than available date, other products (flowers, cake) will be delivered on selected date and gifts will be shipped at the earliest possibility.

It goes without saying that every possible care and attention is taken to ensure we do not miss on these messages, however we will not take any guarantee about spelling mistakes or missing message on cake. What's good here is, that it is very rare that we miss on these messages.
