What is ICICI Bank iLoans?


ICICI Bank iLoans is ICICI Bank's mobile application for Loans that can be downloaded on a mobile phone having Android OS, iOS and Windows OS. With ICICI Bank iLoans, a customer can check his loan details, statement of account, EMI schedule, Pre-Closure simulation, IT Certificate, locate Loan servicing branches and much more. ICICI Bank provides ICICI Bank iLoans service at no cost. However Data/SMS usage charges may be applicable as per service provider.

Who can avail ICICI Bank iLoans services?


ICICI Bank Loan account customers having their:

  • mobile no registered with us
  • GPRS enabled on their mobile device

can avail ICICI Bank iLoans services. If you have not registered your mobile number with us, kindly call our Customer Care.

How do I download the application?


Visit the Play store or App store or Windows Store from your Mobile to download.

Is it available on all versions of Mobile?


As of now the application is available for Android OS, iOS and Windows.

Which version of Windows, Android or IOS does it support?


Android : Android v2.2 to v5.0

 

Windows : Windows 8.0 and 8.1

 

iOS : iOS 5.1.1 or later

How do I install the application?


After downloading the application, it will automatically ask you to install the same. It can also be installed from the phone by going through My files > download> I-Mobile-Loans-1.apk. Please open the file to install.

How do I activate the application?


Once you click on the activate button, an SMS would be sent to our server for verifying your mobile no and loans which are mapped against this mobile number. SMS charges would be applicable as per service provider.

Messages received on activation will be as follows:


Success message – In case if your mobile no is registered with the Bank and you have active loans, application will display a message as “Congratulations!!! Activation has been done successfully“

 

Reject message– You will get reject message as “Your mobile no is not registered with the Bank”. This may happen in two situations

  1. Mobile number is not registered with Bank. The same can be updated by calling up our Customer Care or
  2. Mobile number is registered with the Bank but, there are no active loans against your name.

While activation I get an error message?


Please check your data connection setting and check if your GPRS facility is working. If you still face the error. Kindly try after sometime. If this error continuously persists kindly call our Customer Care.

I am getting an error of GPRS not active what should I do?


Kindly check the data usage setting of your device and check if GPRS is working. For data usage settings contact your mobile service operator.

I am getting an "SMS communication error" what should I do?


Kindly check your SMS settings. For your SMS settings contact your mobile service operator.

What should I do if I change my mobile number?


Please call our Customer Care and register your new mobile number. Once the number is registered with us, please visit the Play store or App store or Windows Store from your mobile phone and download the application.
