What is the maximum and minimum limit that can be kept on the card?


The maximum limit for permanent change on the card is:

However, for temporary enhancement, the limit can be increased to a maximum of  'Permanent Cap Limit' or '50% of the customer's available account balance', whichever is greater.

Can I change my limit separately for domestic and International transactions?


Yes, your account has separate limits for domestic usage and international usage. Hence, you can also change these limits separately.

How often can I change my limits?


There is no cap on the number of times the limit can be changed

Can anyone call the customer care or visit Branch and change the limit on my card?


No. Authentication of account holder will be done before limit change request is accepted.

Are there any charges for availing this service?


No. This service is free of cost.
