What is Hand-picked Rewards?


Hand-picked Rewards is a loyalty programme for select ICICI Bank Credit Card members. It is a measure of our appreciation towards you for regularly using our Cards. The more you spend, the more Hand-picked Rewards you accrue. These rewards can be redeemed for a wide variety of carefully selected options from fine brands across apparel, accessories, electronics, dining, travel and more.

How do I enroll?


If you hold an eligible ICICI Bank Credit Card, benefits of the Hand-picked Rewards programme automatically accrue to you. Click here to view the eligible cards under the Hand-picked Rewards programme.

When will the points reflect in my Hand-picked Rewards account?


It takes 24-48 hours once you have made a transaction using your ICICI Bank Credit Card for your Hand-picked Rewards to reflect in your rewards points balance. You can view the rewards earned for all transactions in the previous billing cycle in your monthly credit card statement.

Do Hand-picked Rewards expire?


There is no expiry for Hand-picked Rewards points so long as you are a Card member and all your accounts with us are in good standing and not overdue.

How do I earn Hand-picked Rewards?


You earn Hand-picked Rewards points for virtually every rupee you spend on your card. Simply use your eligible ICICI Bank Credit Card for your everyday purchases and watch your reward points add up.

Increase your points balance by giving Supplementary Credit Cards to you loved ones. All transactions made on the Supplementary Card add to your rewards tally. You can gift a supplementary card to 2 family members above 18 years of age at no additional fee.

How can I earn points quickly?


Simply follow these five easy steps:
1) Remember to use your ICICI Bank Credit Card everyday for everything from grocery shopping to eating out and online shopping. Your points will keep adding up.
2) Enroll your Card for automatic payment of recurring monthly expenses like utility bill payments. Not only do you earn points, you also do not have to worry about attending to these monthly errands.
3) Use your Card for high-value purchases such as purchasing jewellery and making your travel and holiday bookings and watch your points grow even faster.
4) Use your Card when you travel internationally.

The Hand-picked Rewards catalogue offers you a wide range of options from fine brands across apparel, accessories, books, dining, and many more categories. We also offer a wide selection of gift vouchers so you have the flexibility to use your well-earned rewards the way you choose to.

How do I redeem my Hand-picked Rewards?


Redeeming is easy.

You can redeem points in one of the following two ways:
1. Redeem points online through Internet Banking
2. Call our 24-hour Customer Care.

Redeem your rewards online:
Simply follow the steps below to redeem your reward points anytime through ICICI Bank Internet Banking.

1. Login to www.icicibank.com with your Internet Banking ID and password.
2. Go to the Credit Cards Page
3. Click on 'Reward Points' section
4. Click on 'Redeem Online'
5. Select your chosen item from the drop down menu.
6. Note down your unique order number for future reference.

If you do not have an Internet Banking ID and password, please call our 24-hour Customer Care to generate the same.

Redeem your rewards with a phone call:
1. Simply call our 24-hour Customer Care in your city to have our customer service representative assist you. for the Customer Care number/s in your city.
2. Specify the item code of the reward that you would like to redeem to the Customer Service Representative.
3. Note down your unique order number for future reference.

Please allow approximately 10 working days for your redemption orders to be mailed to your billing address. Please note that gift/s issued is not refundable, nor exchangeable for cash, or another reward.

For Air Miles redemptions (Jet Airways, Singapore Airlines or Kingfisher Airlines), please call our 24-hour Customer Care in your city.

Please use the Browse Rewards section on the right side of the 'View Rewards' page to find your favourite item:

1. By browsing via the category that interests you
2. By browsing based on brand names.
3. By browsing via the reward points range.

Is there a way to view all the options quickly instead of browsing through the catalogue?


Yes. Click on 'Rewards at a Glance' option in the left hand navigation bar in the 'View Rewards' section.

What are the minimum Hand-picked Rewards I need to start redeeming?


You do not need a minimum number of reward points to start redeeming your rewards.

What are the Terms and Conditions for redeeming products?

I have multiple Cards under the Hand-picked Rewards programme. From which of my Cards will points be debited when I redeem?


The reward points are redeemed from your consolidated rewards account.

How long does it take to process my redemption request?


We endeavour to process your request as quickly as possible. Please allow us 10 working days to deliver your redemption order at your communication address from the date of placing the order.

How do I find out the status of the gifts I have ordered?


You can call our 24-hour Customer Care or write to us through the 'Email Us' link at www.icicibank.com at any time to find out the status of your shipment.

Can I change the item I have ordered if the number of reward points being redeemed are the same?


Sorry. You cannot change the item you have selected after the order has been placed.

Can I request for my gift to be delivered to another address?


Gifts redeemed will be delivered only to the mailing address of the card member as updated in ICICI Bank records. This is to ensure that they reach the right recipient. If you wish the gift to be delivered to a different address, please ensure that you update this address in your Card account before placing the redemption request.

What happens if ICICI Bank is unable to deliver the gift?


Our gifts are delivered via certified courier agencies. If we are unable to successfully deliver the gift at the address maintained on our records, our courier agency will contact you using suitable means to ascertain your availability and attempt re-delivery of the gift. If we are unable to deliver the gift despite repeated attempts, your redemption request will be cancelled and the reward points will be credited back to your Card.

How do I return unwanted items?


Please note that rewards are not exchangeable, replaceable, transferable or refundable for cash or credit.

Can I order gifts other than those mentioned in the catalogue?

How long does it take to transfer points into my participating airline frequent flyer account?


Most transfers usually take around 15 working days. Please check the Terms & Conditions for your partner programme to ensure you allow sufficient time to transfer your points.

Does Hand-picked Rewards automatically transfer points to my airline frequent flyer account?


No, If you want to transfer your points to your eligible airline frequent flyer programme, you must first register your membership number with us and then call us at our 24-hour Customer Care when ever you want to transfer the points.

I have transferred points from my Hand-picked Rewards programme to my airline frequent flyer account but I can't get the booking I want. Can I transfer them back?


No. Point transfers to airline frequent flyer programmes are irreversible.

Is there a limit to the amount of reward points I can redeem at one go?


No, there is no limit on the maximum number of points that you can redeem through a single order.
