Replacement Card

Your ICICI Bank Multicurrency Platinum Travel Card kit comes with a free replacement card along with the primary card. If you happen to lose the primary card or primary card gets stolen / damaged, you can easily activate the replacement card by blocking the primary card and activating the replacement card by either login into your web based self care and you need to select the option Replacement card activation or you may call to our Customer Care. The Web PIN will remain same however you can generate a new ATM PIN through the logged in section provide to you after the replacement card is activated.


In case you misplace both your primary card as well as replacement card, simply call our Customer Care and request for a replacement card kit. Your existing card would be blocked and a replacement card kit along with its activation code would be dispatched to you within 48 hours*. As a security measure, the new card will be sent to you in a de-activated state. Call our Customer Care and confirm the receipt of the card to activate it. If you are in India, you can also visit any ICICI Bank branch from where the card was issued to get a replacement Multicurrency Travel Card kit. Upon receiving the card, you can call our Customer Care for balance transfer. The ATM and Web PIN can either be changed through the Customer logged in section or can be generated through Customer Care.
