    • Forex Prepaid Card will be activated, linked and delivered within 5 working days.
    • Log in to iMobile app.
    • Click on “ Forex Prepaid Card” under “Cards & Forex”
    • Select ‘Apply Now’
    • Choose the variant, enter requisite details and ‘Generate Card’
    • Forex Prepaid Card will be activated, linked and delivered within 5 working days.
    • Walk in to the nearest ICICI Bank Forex Branch
    • Fill in the Forex Prepaid Card application form
    • Submit the requisite documents and show the original documents for verification
    • Forex Prepaid Card kit will be provided immediately and the card will be loaded within one working day.

    • Login to ICICI Bank Internet Banking
    • Click on “Forex & Prepaid Cards” under “Cards & Loans”.
    • Select linked Forex Prepaid Card to be reloaded & Click on ‘Reload’
    • Enter the requisite details
    • Forex Prepaid card will be reloaded instantly.
    Maximum transaction limit per day for online Buy/Reload of Currency/Forex Prepaid Card is INR 150,000 (including taxes) equivalent
    • Login to iMobile app.
    • Click on 'Cards & Forex' section
    • Click on ‘Forex Prepaid Cards’
    • Select linked Forex Prepaid Card to be reloaded & Click on ‘Reload’
    • Enter the requisite details
    • Forex Prepaid card will be reloaded instantly.
    Maximum transaction limit per day for online Buy/Reload of Currency/Forex Prepaid Card is INR 150,000 (including taxes) equivalent
    • Leave a Signed Copy of the Reload Form and authorization with your family
    • Walk into nearest designated ICICI Bank Branch with the Reload Form
    • The Card would be reloaded on submission of documents


    Instant reload facility is available for Forex Prepaid Cards linked to Internet Banking/ iMobile app. Users should update iMobile app to avail this instant reload facility. Forex Prepaid Cards issued through Centrum, Paul Merchant, Matrix, SP Securities are co-branded cards and cannot be reloaded online.

    Customers can now simply login to internet banking or iMobile and place a refund request on their linked Forex Prepaid Card. Once a refund request is placed, the equivalent INR amount will be credited to ICICI Bank Savings Account within one working day.

    Internet Banking iMobile app Forex branches
    • Login to ICICI Bank Internet Banking
    • Click on “Forex & Prepaid Cards” under “Cards & Loans”
    • Select linked Forex Prepaid Card to be refunded & Click on ‘Refund’
    • Select Currency and Amount to be refunded
    • Enter the requisite details
    • Login to iMobile app.
    • Click on 'Cards & Forex' section
    • Click on ‘Forex Prepaid Cards’
    • Select linked Forex Prepaid Card to be refunded & Click on ‘Refund’
    • Enter the requisite details
    • Refund amount will be credited to your savings account instantly
    • Walk into the nearest ICICI Bank Forex Branch
    • Fill in the refund form
    • Submit the requisite documents and show the original documents for verification
    • Forex Prepaid card will be refunded immediately and Savings Account will be loaded within one working day
