Step 2: Along with the prefilled application form, it is mandatory to provide a photocopy of the Supplementary Credit Card applicant’s PAN card and an address proof both of which should be self-attested by the Supplementary Credit Card applicant.

Keep the original copy of documents handy for verification.

Supplementary Credit Cards are issued at no additional fee.

Exceptions:

  • A one-time fee of Rs 250 is applicable on MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Platinum Credit Cards and MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Cards

  • A one-time fee of Rs 199 is applicable on ICICI Bank Expressions Credit Cards

Supplementary Credit Cards are not available against Amazon Pay Credit Cards.
