Cards on Visa/MasterCard Network
For Credit Cards on Visa/MasterCard Network the PIN provided at the time of card issuance can be changed by you at ICICI Bank ATMs or through the IVR by calling our Customer Care.
- Forgotten PIN: You may also change or generate a new PIN at any ICICI Bank ATM in India or on our Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) by calling our Customer Care
- Non-receipt of PIN: In case of non-receipt of the PIN within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your card, you may generate your PIN on the Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) by calling our Customer Care
