6. The offer is valid in all the participating outlets of The Four Fountain Spa.
7. The offer is valid only for ICICI Bank Credit Card holders who have been communicated about the offer through an ICICI Bank official communication.

9. ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the Offer/ services or the Offer offered by above Spa outlets. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts must be resolved by the Card member/s and the Spa chain directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
