    THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY TORQUE LIFESTYLE LLP (REFERRED TO AS CLUB TORQUE HENCEFORTH)
    BOOKING PROCCESS:
    The car needs to be booked at most one month in advance. There is no minimum booking window. Requests will be fulfilled basis availability.
    The booking process is as follows:
  • Bookings have to made through the ICICI Bank Diamant Personal Concierge on the toll-free number 1800 267 0732 or 022 6787 2017.
  • Once the requirements have been communicated, the Concierge will revert with availability and a quotation within 4 hours.
  • Post the Card Member has reverted with his/her willingness to book, a confirmation mail will be sent by the ICICI Bank Diamant Personal Concierge which will have to be produced at the time of car pick-up/delivery.
  • The Card Member will have to undergo a 45-minute compulsory tutorial on the various features of the car and controls at the time of car pick-up The cars are stationed at Club Torque's headquarters in Kalina, Mumbai. The member's own car may be parked at Club Torque's premises during this time. Responsibility for this car shall rest solely with the Card Member.
  • Alternately, pick-up and drop facilities are available at a cost. He/she will need to sign an indemnity letter before taking possession of the car and intimate the location of pick-up, if required.
  • FUEL POLICY:
  • Club Torque cars will be given with a full petrol tank to the member and a full petrol tank is expected when the car is returned. If, however, this is not the case any reimbursement for fuel will be charged on actuals. Fuel consumption during the duration of usage is the Card Member's responsibility.
  • Some of the cars require 97 octane fuel, which is available at limited petrol pumps. The list of these petrol pumps will be shared with members.
  • ACCESS TO CARS:
    Members can access Club Torque cars in any one of the following ways:
  • Club Torque offers free delivery and collection within Mumbai.
  • A car may be collected from or returned to Club Torque headquarters. The member's own car may be stored at Club Torque during this time.
  • APPLICABLE CHARGES:
    The following charges will have to be borne by the Card Member:

    MILEAGE:
    There is no mileage limit on any of the cars.
    TIMINGS:
    The Club week day is considered from 12.00 pm to 10.00 am the following day and the weekend from Friday 12.00 pm to Monday 10.00 am. These times may be flexible depending upon the individual Card Member's specific requirements. In the event that a particular car is unavailable, Club Torque will endeavour to offer a similar replacement, subject to availability. If a replacement vehicle is not available, alternate dates will be offered.
    USE OF CARS:
  • In case where the Card Member has not opted for chauffeur services from Club Torque, all liability in terms of fines and/or cost towards damage to the car has to be borne by the Card Member.
  • The cars are intended for the driving pleasure of the Card Member alone. No one other than the Card Member is permitted to drive the car during the time the car is under his/her possession. The Card Member will have to undergo a driving tutorial at the time of delivery.
  • Vehicles must not be taken outside of Mumbai without prior written consent from Club Torque.
  • Card Members must maintain the cars with regards to the correct level of engine oil, screenwash and ensure car tyres are kept inflated to manufacturer's specified levels.
  • Whenever the Card Member is in possession of any car, he/she is required to take good care of the cars and ensure that they are securely locked, alarmed and immobilised and kept in a safe place when not in use so as not to make the vehicle a target for theft or vandalism.
  • The Card Member will follow the required traffic rules and should not exceed the prescribed speed limits during the usage period.
  • In the event of damage or failure of a car, the Card Member must not continue to use the car. In doing so, it may cause further damage. In the event of damage or failure of a car, the Card Member must not abandon the car without adequate provision for securing the vehicle. He/she will be charged for the cost of the repairs in the event of an accident.
  • The car will be fully inspected at the time of return. In case of any damage discovered, the Card Member will be invoiced for the damage on actuals.
  • In case of extreme weather situations, especially during monsoons, Club Torque reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking.
  • COLLECTION AND DELIVERY:
  • The Card Member will be required to sign a document which will confirm the condition of the car and that the car is without apparent defect unless otherwise stated. He/she agrees to return the car (and all ancillaries) in the same condition at the location, time and date agreed.
  • Subject to prior consent, the Card Member may leave his/her own car at the Club Torque facility when using Club Torque's cars. The car and contents are left at the Card Member's own risks. Club Torque will not be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to member's car whilst it is left at the facility.
  • In the event that a member requests a car be delivered to, or collected from a certain address, the endeavour will be to ensure the request is completed by the requested time, however, no guarantees will be provided. Any time involved for the purpose of delivery or collection will count towards member's usage. In the event that a member returns a car late, he/she will be charged as per the rates mentioned.
  • Club Torque reserves the right to demand the return of a car at any time.
  • INSURANCE:
    Use of any car is subject to the terms of Club Torque's insurance. Details of the insurance cover are available on request. Card Members shall not use or allow the car to be used for any uninsured purpose. In particular, the following activities are not insured and are strictly prohibited:
  • Participation in any race, rally, trial, track day, or any other type of competition.
  • Participation in any organised road event such as Canon Ball Run, Gumball Rally etc. or anything similar.
  • To tow any trailer or other object.
  • To carry any passengers or cargo for remuneration.
  • Driving tuition.
  • For any use other than personal, domestic and social use.
  • If the driver is on medical treatment or under the influence of drugs and alcohol or any substance which may affect the driver's perception or reactions.
  • In the event of any insurance claim being made, the member in question shall be liable for the insurance excess which varies depending on vehicle. Any accident, loss, damage or theft of or from any car must be immediately reported to the police and to the ICICI Bank Diamant Personal Concierge within 24 hours.
    GENERAL:
  • Smoking in the cars is expressly forbidden.
  • The Card Member hereby agrees that he or she shall be liable for all speeding fines and or parking tickets or any other costs or penalties that may be incurred whilst the car is in the possession of the member.
  • Club Torque is not liable to the member for any loss of or damage to property that is carried in the vehicle. Club Torque does not accept responsibility for any property that the member leaves in the vehicle when they return it.
  • Club Torque reserves the right to temporarily, or permanently remove cars from the fleet without prior warning for the purpose of service, repair, marketing, advertising, promotion etc.
  • The Card Member shall agree and undertake neither him nor any other person/persons accompanying him in the car during any trip or journey shall carry any narcotic substance, drug/s and/or psychotropic substance and under no circumstances shall he, or any other person accompanying him shall drive the said car under influence of liquor or after any substance abuse as mentioned above.
  • Club Torque reserves the right to amend these rules of membership at any time without prior notice.

    USE OF CARS:
  • In case where the Card Member has not opted for chauffeur services from Club Torque, all liability in terms of fines and/or cost towards damage to the car has to be borne by the Card Member.
  • The cars are intended for the driving pleasure of the Card Member alone. No one other than the Card Member is permitted to drive the car during the time the car is under his/her possession. The Card Member will have to undergo a driving tutorial at the time of delivery.
  • Vehicles must not be taken outside of Mumbai without prior written consent from Club Torque.
  • Card Members must maintain the cars with regards to the correct level of engine oil, screenwash and ensure car tyres are kept inflated to manufacturer's specified levels.
  • Whenever the Card Member is in possession of any car, he/she is required to take good care of the cars and ensure that they are securely locked, alarmed and immobilised and kept in a safe place when not in use so as not to make the vehicle a target for theft or vandalism.
  • The Card Member will follow the required traffic rules and should not exceed the prescribed speed limits during the usage period.
  • In the event of damage or failure of a car, the Card Member must not continue to use the car. In doing so, it may cause further damage. In the event of damage or failure of a car, the Card Member must not abandon the car without adequate provision for securing the vehicle. He/she will be charged for the cost of the repairs in the event of an accident.
  • The car will be fully inspected at the time of return. In case of any damage discovered, the Card Member will be invoiced for the damage on actuals.
  • In case of extreme weather situations, especially during monsoons, Club Torque reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking.
  • COLLECTION AND DELIVERY:
  • The Card Member will be required to sign a document which will confirm the condition of the car and that the car is without apparent defect unless otherwise stated. He/she agrees to return the car (and all ancillaries) in the same condition at the location, time and date agreed.
  • Subject to prior consent, the Card Member may leave his/her own car at the Club Torque facility when using Club Torque's cars. The car and contents are left at the Card Member's own risks. Club Torque will not be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to member's car whilst it is left at the facility.
  • In the event that a member requests a car be delivered to, or collected from a certain address, the endeavour will be to ensure the request is completed by the requested time, however, no guarantees will be provided. Any time involved for the purpose of delivery or collection will count towards member's usage. In the event that a member returns a car late, he/she will be charged as per the rates mentioned.
  • Club Torque reserves the right to demand the return of a car at any time.
  • INSURANCE:
    Use of any car is subject to the terms of Club Torque's insurance. Details of the insurance cover are available on request. Card Members shall not use or allow the car to be used for any uninsured purpose. In particular, the following activities are not insured and are strictly prohibited:
  • Participation in any race, rally, trial, track day, or any other type of competition.
  • Participation in any organised road event such as Canon Ball Run, Gumball Rally etc. or anything similar.
  • To tow any trailer or other object.
  • To carry any passengers or cargo for remuneration.
  • Driving tuition.
  • For any use other than personal, domestic and social use.
  • If the driver is on medical treatment or under the influence of drugs and alcohol or any substance which may affect the driver's perception or reactions.
  • In the event of any insurance claim being made, the member in question shall be liable for the insurance excess which varies depending on vehicle. Any accident, loss, damage or theft of or from any car must be immediately reported to the police and to the ICICI Bank Diamant Personal Concierge within 24 hours.
    GENERAL:
  • Smoking in the cars is expressly forbidden.
  • The Card Member hereby agrees that he or she shall be liable for all speeding fines and or parking tickets or any other costs or penalties that may be incurred whilst the car is in the possession of the member.
  • Club Torque is not liable to the member for any loss of or damage to property that is carried in the vehicle. Club Torque does not accept responsibility for any property that the member leaves in the vehicle when they return it.
  • Club Torque reserves the right to temporarily, or permanently remove cars from the fleet without prior warning for the purpose of service, repair, marketing, advertising, promotion etc.
  • The Card Member shall agree and undertake neither him nor any other person/persons accompanying him in the car during any trip or journey shall carry any narcotic substance, drug/s and/or psychotropic substance and under no circumstances shall he, or any other person accompanying him shall drive the said car under influence of liquor or after any substance abuse as mentioned above.
  • Club Torque reserves the right to amend these rules of membership at any time without prior notice.
