If you have forgotten your Internet Banking user id or you have not yet received your
user id, you can call our customer care centres to get the same.

All you need to do is pick up your phone, dial the customer care centre number,
Enter your 16-digit debit card and 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) and select
option 1, 4,1 and 1 to get your user id through Self phone banking ( IVR)

You can request for your passwords online. click on the Forgot password link available on the
site www.icicibank.com After verifying the details, a set of passwords will be sent to your
mailing address as mentioned in the bank records within 8 days
