might get the following error messages at the time of logging
in. Explained below is the appropriate action which has to
be taken in each case
Message
1 : User Id / Password is incorrect. Please try again.
Action:
1. Please recheck userid / password.
2. Please note that Password is case sensitive.
3. Incase you have forgotten your password, please submit
a request for reset of password through the Online
Form. We will authenticate you on the basis of the details
submitted.
4. You may also dial the Customer
Care Centre number (For NRI Customer Click Here ) authenticate yourself and request for
generation of new passwords.The new passwords will be generated at the end of the same
day of the request and sent to your address as available
with the Bank

Message 3: You have exceeded the Maximum number of Login Attempts.
Your User Id is disabled.
Message 4: User Id is disabled. Please contact our Customer
Care Centre.
Message 5: User Id has expired. Please contact our Customer
Care Centre.
Action:
1. Your User Id has been disabled.
2. Incase you have forgotten your passwords, please submit
a request for reset of passwords through the Online
Form. Please do not login till you receive your new passwords.
