If you are an ICICI Bank customer (holding
a Bank Account / Credit Card / Demat Account) and want an Internet Banking
User ID please download the Internet Banking Customer
Registration Form. The filled in form, duly signed by all the
account holders, can be put in the drop box at any ICICI Bank ATM
or branch. It can also be sent at the following address:

If you are an ICICI Bank customer with an Internet Banking User Id and also hold other ICICI Bank Accounts, ICICI Bank Credit Card and/or ICICI Bank Loan accounts, you may login to www.icicibank.com and link your relationships online through the Request Manager option.
