Q. What is the monitoring process?
The following steps are envisaged to ensure that the monitoring process is very robust.

• The funds for this programme will be disbursed to our partners through an operating account that they will maintain with the Bank. All transactions of this account will be restricted to activities related to this programme only.
• Comprehensive reporting formats will be circulated among our partners, which they will update on a regular basis. Disbursement of funds will be linked to data submission and progress towards the stated goals.
• Quarterly reports on 'Read to Lead' will be available publicly on this website.
• Our employees have expressed a keen interest in contributing towards this goal. Apart from helping our partners, they will also make field visits at different stages of the programme to ensure smooth and sound implementation of the programme.
• Periodic audits will be conducted by CSO Partners also to ensure effective and efficient mobilization and utilization of funds.
