Process
 

Remitters need to register for ICICI Bank Money2India services. To register click here.
 

If you are already a registered user of Money2India, you can directly login into the Money2India website.
   
  The process once you successfully login would be as follows:

 

 You need to click on NetExpress.

Select an existing receiver (beneficiary) from your list or choose to add a new beneficiary along with the mode of disbursal. You also need to select the Country of Remittance and click "Next" once this is done.

On the next page, you need to enter the transaction details such as amount and currency along with the purpose of remittance and receiver details (in case you are adding a new receiver).

Once these details are confirmed and submitted on the next page, you will need to click a link that will provide you with a unique Tracking Number (e.g. M2N12345678) and the following instructions for completing your transaction:
   
For Singapore
  Log on to the Internet Banking application of DBS Bank at www.dbs.com
 

Select "Bill Payment" under "Payment Services" option in the navigation menu on the left or using the "Shortcuts" list.
 

On the Bill Payment page, click on the "Please select a corporation" option, choose "ICICI Bank" from the list and click "Submit".
 

Next, select the account you want to make the payment from in the "From account" list, enter the Tracking Number (given above) in the "Consumer Reference No." field and enter the amount to be transferred in the "Payment Amount S$" field.
  Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to complete the money transfer request.
     
For UK
 
Log on to the internet banking application of your bank in UK.
 

Go to the module that enables you to pay/transfer funds to a third party account - a third party account would be an account that is not your own account and is held with some other bank in UK.

 

In the module, you will need to do the following:
    Select your account from which you want to make the payment/fund transfer.
    Enter the third party account details as follows:
     
 Recipient/Payee Name  ICICI Bank
 Recipient/Payee Bank  ICICI Bank UK
 Recipient/Payee Bank Clearing/Sort code  300081
 Recipient/Payee Account Number  75004705
   

Enter the Tracking Number (given above) in the field provided for "Message to recipient" or "Purpose of payment" or "Remarks/Comments". Please note that unless there is a field available to capture this information, you will not be able to remit money using this facility.
   

Enter the amount to be transferred. This should be the same as the amount confirmed on the Money2India website.
  Confirm the third party payment/fund transfer, to complete the money transfer request.
     

After completing the transfer request, you can use the Track Your Remittance facility (on Money2India) anytime, to check the status of your transaction.
