Fill up the form, Paste your photograph(s), Sign the account opening form in the spaces provided on the form, Attach your relevant documents and a Cheque * payable to yourself.

* Please Note: Funding of Account is optional except in the case where you are opening the account at the branch. At the branches, one can open an account only when it is also being funded with minimum of INR 15,250 or equivalent.
