1. Click on the link "Register Online" at the
bottom of this page.
2. Select the type of Account you want to open.
3. Fill in the specified details. Please note that fields
marked with a "*" are mandatory fields.
4. In case you wish to change the information you've filled
in, please click on "Edit". Once you've filled
in the required information, click on "Proceed".
5. Your Registration Form will be displayed on the screen.
6. Click on "Print" to take a print of the form
. Alternatively, you can save it for printing later. |

1. Paste photographs of all the applicants in the space
provided.
2. Sign the Registration Form in the space provided next
to photographs.
3. Attach the supporting documents.
4. Mail the complete signed Registration Form and supporting
documents to the address mentioned below: (If you are
from the US, Canada, UK, UAE, Singapore or Australia,
click here to use our
PO Box Service to mail your documents to us &
save on courier charges). |
