Net Express is a complete online money transfer facility brought to you by ICICI Bank Money2India in association with DBS Bank, Singapore. The bank account holders of DBS Bank, Singapore can use this facility to transfer funds directly from their DBS bank account.

3 Who can use Net Express?
  The remitter using Net Express needs to have a bank account with DBS Bank, Singapore. The beneficiary can be anyone in India, either a bank account holder with ICICI Bank or a non-ICICI Bank account holder.

4 Is it necessary for the beneficiary or me to have an account with ICICI Bank?
  Neither the beneficiary nor the remitter is required to maintain an account with ICICI Bank for sending money through Net Express. However, the remitter needs to have a bank account with DBS Bank, Singapore.

5. When does the beneficiary having an account with ICICI Bank receive money?
  In case the beneficiary has an account with ICICI Bank, the money would be credited to his account on the next working day of the money transfer request. Hence, if you make a money transfer request on Monday, the money would be credited to the beneficiary's account on Tuesday.

6. How will the money reach the beneficiary if he / she does not have an account with ICICI Bank?
  If the beneficiary does not have an account with ICICI Bank, then ICICI Bank would dispatch an Indian Rupee demand draft / pay order to either the beneficiary's address or the beneficiary's bank address as submitted by you while making the money transfer request.

7. How fast would the DD reach the beneficiary?
  The DD is dispatched by either courier or registered post depending upon the beneficiary's address provided by you. A courier dispatch would take about 2-3 days to reach the beneficiary, while registered post would take about 8-10 days. You can check the complete details using our online "Track your Remittance" facility after logging in to Money2India site.

9. What are the charges for Net Express?
 

Introductory Offer - FREE transfer to any ICICI Bank account till October 31, 2003. For issuance of DDs, charges would be imposed based on the amount transferred. You can check the charges by using our Charges Calculator.
