  Registration for e-Instruction  
   
 

For e-Instruction registration you have to fill e-Instruction Registration portion on Page 2 of the form. Here you have to provide

  • DP ID - DP Account Number to be registered. If requesting for the facility at the time of opening the account, the you can fill up AOB form number.

  • Name of All Holders

  • Counter Party Details: You can register maximum of 5 target accounts for e-Instruction. Following details are required depending upon the target account type:
    • If Target Account is Broker: Please fill
      • Word "NSDL" in column "Specify whether account …" 
          
      • CM BP ID of the broker in column "Target DP ID / CM BP ID"

      • Name of the broker should be in the column "Target DP Name / CM Name"

    • If Target is another beneficiary account in NSDL: Please fill
      • Word "NSDL" in column "Specify whether account …"

      • DP ID of the target in column "Target DP ID / CM BP ID"

      • Name of the target DP in the column "Target DP Name / CM Name"

      • Target account number in the column "Target Account Number"

    • If Target is a CDSL account: Please fill
      • Word "CDSL" in column "Specify whether account …"

      • "IN000026" in column "Target DP ID / CM BP ID"

      • Target CDSL account number in the column "Target Account Number"
        Channel Registartion form for Web / Phone
             To access Demat account on Internet / IVR you have to register yourself for Net / Phone Banking facility.

             There are three possibilities here:
 
  • You are not registered for Net/Phone Banking facility for any ICICI Bank product: In the channel registration portion on page 2 of the e-Instruction Registration form, you must provide first applicant's Mother Maiden Name and Date of Birth.
  • You are already registered for Internet / Phone Banking for the demat account for which e-Instruction facility is sought: You need not fill anything in the channel registration portion on page 2 of the e-Instruction Registration form.

  • You are already registered for Internet / Phone Banking for an ICICI Bank product but not for the demat account for which e-Instruction facility is sought: You should specify your existing User ID in addition to first applicant's Mother Maiden Name and Date of Birth in the channel registration portion on page 2 of the e-Instruction Registration form. The demat account with e-Instruction facility will be enabled under the same User ID.
