I called up Phone Banking on the Hyderabad number (040 23128000) and spoke to Ms Vijayshree a few minutes back. I am extremely happy with the way Ms. Vijayshree handled my query into a duplicate transaction with a merchant. She was very professional and helpful in the right manner. I am serving in Rawatbhata 55 km away from Kota. Only ICICI Bank ATM is there in Rawatbhata. Hence for all our account related information and updating information such as address change and pin generation, it is not easy to go to Kota Branch frequently. Hello ICICI Bank.

I am the son of Sri A.K. Srivastava, who is a proud customer of your prestigious bank. Without getting into those details, I want to share what happened recently.

A few days back I had been to ICICI Bank branch in Sector 18 Noida, for encashing a cheque from my father. It actually took me an hour or so waiting in the queue as the next two days were holidays and due to some reasons one more holiday was scheduled. But when I got my turn I was attended by your employee Talat (sorry for not remembering the full name). And trust me that hour of waiting was simply not an issue against her tender behavior. My father had always been attended to by her and my father always smiles after the job is done. Seriously I wish her good luck on behalf on my entire family. This sensitive behavior would actually attract many customers towards your services. Even I am a Syndicate bank user, but have never received such a polite and sincere response. And with executives like Talat in your bank, I would not mind being an ICICI Bank customer. Thank you!
