  6. Flexi Top Up :All ICICI Bank Debit/ATM cardholders can now refill their pre paid phone cards through ICICI Banks ATMs or through SMS. This facility is available for all circles of the following operators - Vodafone/Orange, Airtel & Idea.
  7. Charity : Through this facility you can donate for charity against any of the following heads
  8. Calling Cards :Calling cards enable a user to make a call either through the normal phone or through the Internet protocol. There are two kinds of cards available

1) Mobile prepaid card recharge

Through this facility you can use your ATM / Debit Card at any ICICI Bank ATM to purchase mobile re-charge cards.
All you have to do is to select the right combination of Operator and the Circle and a recharge code will be displayed on your ATM Screen. You will also get this recharge code on your transaction slip.

Currently the Service is available for following Operators:

The following are the operators you can purchase Mobile Recharge Codes for:

Airtel - Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad & AP
BPL - Mumbai, Maharshtra & Goa
Spice Quicky - Punjab, Karnataka
RPG - Chennai

How to Get the recharge code:

Select Payments --> Services --> Mobile pre paid --> Select the relevant operator for which re-charge card is desired.

Please Note :
Please be sure while selecting the operator and corresponding circle before entering into the transaction. ICICI Bank does not take any responsibility for a transaction done by selecting a wrong circle or a wrong operator.

2) Internet Packs (ATN - Any Time Net)

Through this facility you can purchase a new Internet connection or buy a renewal pack using your ATM / Debit Card at ICICI Bank ATMs.

Currently this service is available for the customers of TATA Indicom Internet Service Provider and SIFY.

The facility enables you to:

Buy new Internet connection
Renew your existing Internet account

To access the service you are required to select suitable option on any of ICICI Bank ATMs and both the Serial No. and Pin No. will be displayed on your ATM Screen. You will also get this Serial No. and PIN No. on your transaction slip.

How to Get a New Internet Connection or Renew an Existing Internet Account:

Please Note :

After you get the Sr.No and Pin, you need to go to the following URL http://signup.vsnl.com and input the Sr.No and Pin on this screen. Then follow instructions given online to complete the registration process.

3) Donations (Anytime Blessing)

Through this facility you can offer donations and ask for a Manorath /Rajbhog to be done. Currently this service is available for following Religious Institutions:

  1. Tirupati Tirumala Devasthanams
  2. Nathdwara Temple
  3. Shri Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine

Select Payments --> Services --> Offerings --> Select the relevant Option (Temple to whom Donation is to be made)

Please Note :

Devotees who have opted for Manorath or Rajbhog at the Shreenathji Temple at Nathdwara need to fill up the details in the form provided in the ATM Centre and drop the same in the collector box provided in the ATM Centre itself. The Bank requires three working days to process the request of Manorath/Rajbhog. Please keep the receipt that was given to you. The receipt is the proof of your payment, and you can present the same at the shrine when your Puja is being done.

4) Mutual Funds Transactions

Now you can buy or sell mutual funds through any ICICI Bank ATM using your ATM/ Debit Card. This requires prior registration with the Fund House for which you want to buy/sell Mutual Funds.

Currently this service is available for following Mutual Fund/s:

a) HDFC Mutual fund

Select Payments --> Bill Pay --> Bill Payment --> HDFC Mutual Fund --> Select the Relevant Option (Type of Fund in which investment is desired)

Please Note :

The minimum subscription amount is Rs.500 and in multiples of Rs.100 thereof under each of the respective Plans / Options of the designated schemes.
The applicable NAV for purchase of Units and the Sale Price of Units of the respective Schemes / Plans shall be calculated and determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Offer Documents of the respective schemes
The minimum redemption amount is Rs.100 and in multiples thereof under each of the respective Plans / Options of the designated schemes.

5) Bill Payments

ICICI Bank Bill Payment is the easiest way to manage your day-to-day bills. Now you can pay your day-to-day bills through any of ICICI Bank ATMs. We have tied up with various Billers for which you can pay your bills. Kindly click here to get the complete list of Billers for which this facility is available.

All that you need to do is to simply Register your Bill Details mentioning the name of your biller and other details. Bill Details registration is a one-time requirement. Currently you can register bill details through our 24 Hour Customer Care Center.

How to Pay your Bills through ATMs

Select Payments --> Bill Pay --> Select Type (Payment or Presentment) --> The Bill to be paid --> Bill Pay Date

The service is made available in two ways:

1) Presentment type: These are the bills for which Bill Details will be presented to you on ICICI Bank ATMs once the Bill is generated.

Once you register your bill details for presentment we will send your details to the biller. When the bill is generated (which would be the next billing cycle from the date you register), details of bills will be presented to you through Internet Banking or ATMs. Kindly provide us 2-3 weeks to process your request after registration of Bill Details.

2) Payment type : These are the bills for which you can make payment whenever you wish to.

For these billers you can make the payments immediately after registering the Bill Details. All you have to do is to enter the payment amount you wish to pay and schedule the date on which the bill should be paid.

6) Flexi Top Up

All ICICI Bank Debit/ATM cardholders can now refill their pre paid phone cards through ICICI Banks ATMs or through SMS. This facility is available for all circles of the following operators - Vodafone/Orange, Airtel & Idea.

You can refill your phone for any amount. However there is a lower limit and an upper limit on the amount of recharge. These limits vary, depending on the operator and the circle.

Top Up through ATM

  1. Insert your ATM card and authenticate yourself.
  2. Choose "Payment" --> "Services" --> "Topping" --> "Recharge" --> Input your mobile number and the amount of recharge required
  3. Confirm the same

The details will be sent to the mobile operator for verification. After verification your account will be debited by the amount of recharge and your mobile phone will be topped with an equivalent airtime. You will get a SMS confirming your transaction.

Top Up through SMS

To Top up by a SMS you need to first register. Registration is a one-time activity and can be done only through the Banks ATM.

Registration through ATM

  1. Insert your ATM card and authenticate yourself.
  2. Choose "Payment" --> "Services" --> "Topping" --> "Registration" --> Input your mobile number and complete the transaction.

On registration, you will get an SMS confirming the registration and a 4 digit Access code. This Access code is unique for your mobile & you need this code to authenticate while recharging through SMS.

Top up Process through SMS

You need to send a SMS message to Mobile operator that shall include the Transaction Code, Bank code, Denomination, and Access code.

(Ex. RC ICI 500 1234) where RC is for Recharge, ICI is the code for ICICI Bank, the recharge is amount is Rs.500 and 1234 is the access code.

The Mobile operator on getting the SMS Tops Up your prepaid phone account. Mobile Operator also sends a confirmation SMS to your mobile phone indicating that recharge was successful.

7) Charity

Through this facility you can donate for charity against any of the following heads

  1. Child Welfare
  2. Education
  3. Health & Sanitation
  4. Livelihoods & Poverty
  5. Services for the disabled


How to donate for charity

Select Payments --> Services --> Charity --> Select the relevant Option (Heading under which you want to donate.) Within each heading you would get several options. Choose the cause for which you want to give and complete the transaction.

These transactions give you exemption under section 88 of Income Tax Act.
A receipt will be sent by Give India for the amount donated along with the feedback on how the money was utlised. The receipt will be send at the address mentioned in the banks database. Please update your address in case the same has changed.

8) Calling Cards

Calling cards enable a user to make a call either through the normal phone or through the Internet protocol. There are two kinds of cards available

  1. India On All card - Using the calling card, you would be able to place a call from anywhere in the world to anywhere in India through a telephone line. You need to do the following
    Select Payments --> Services --> Calling Cards --> India On Call card --> Select the relevant Option as per country of origin of calling.
  2. Hello World cards - Using this card you would be able to place a call from India to any other country using your internet connection. You need a mike and speaker connected to your computer to be able to make such calls.
    Select Payments --> Services --> Calling Cards --> Hello World Card -->Select the relevant option.
