Promo No. : 01

a. Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”):

    • "Card" shall mean a debit card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
    • "Card Holder/s" shall mean such select customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card and who has also received the communication of the Program from ICICI Bank..
    • “Cash Back” shall mean the monetary amount credited back to the Card Account, calculated on the bases of the Card Holder/s making the desired number of Retail Purchase/s and each Retail Purchase amounting to a prescribed monetary value or more during the Program Period and as per the Program details mentioned herein. 
    • "Program" shall mean” Promo No. 1 of Swipe & Smile ” 
    • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
    • “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the Merchant Establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
    • "Program Period" shall mean period commencing from July 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008(both days inclusive).
    • “Retail Purchase” shall mean such purchase, which has been made by the Card Holder/s by swiping the Card on any bank’s electronic data capture terminal / POS terminal. Cash withdrawals on ATMs and online purchase shall not be treated as retail purchase

b. Program details:

    • The Program is valid only for such the Card Holder/s who have received the Communication and when the Card Holder is making Retail Purchases, during the Program Period.
    • Under the Program, the Card Holder/s shall be eligible to receive a Cash Back of Rs. 50 upon making a total of five or more Retail Purchase/s and  each Retail Purchase amounting to Rs. 500 or  above during the Program Period.
    • The amount of Cash Back shall be reflected in the quarterly statement succeeding the Program Period.
    • The Program is  applicable to specific set of customer segments who have been selected based on their usage of debit cards
    • Cash withdrawals on ATMs and online purchases will not be eligible for Cash Back.
    • The Program is not valid for Void Transactions.

c. Other Terms and Conditions

  1. This Program is brought to you by ICICI Bank and is made to Card Holder/s selected at the discretion of ICICI Bank.
  2. The participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Card Holder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  3. If the Card Holder/s ceases to be Card Holder/s at any time during the continuation  of the Program, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Card Holder/s.
  4. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
  5. All communication / notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Ltd., ICICI Bank Phone Banking Group, P. O. Box No. 20, Banjara Hills, P. O. Hyderabad - 500034 ".
  6. In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
  8. ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card Holder/s under the Program.
  9. ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  10. ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant Establishment or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card at an ICICI Bank terminal.
  11. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Program shall be borne solely by the Card Holder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues. ICICI Bank shall be entitled to deduct or set off the amounts of taxes, etc., if any, mentioned above from all amounts payable by ICICI Bank to the Card Holder/s and balance amount, if any, of Cash Back will be paid to the Card Holder/s / credited to the account of the Card Holder/s.
  12. The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

    • "Card Holder/s" shall mean such select customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card and who has also received the communication regarding the Program from ICICI Bank.
    •  “Cash Back” shall mean the monetary amount credited back to the Card Account, calculated on the bases of the Card Holder/s making the desired number of Retail Purchase/s and each Retail Purchase amounting to a prescribed monetary value or more during the Program Period and as per the Program details mentioned herein. 
    • "Program" shall mean the “Promo No. 2 of Swipe & Smile”
    • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
    • “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the Merchant Establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
    • "Program Period" shall mean period commencing from July 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008 (both days inclusive).

    • "Program Period" shall mean period commencing from July 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008(both days inclusive).
    • “Retail Purchase” shall mean such purchase, which has been made by the Card Holder/s by swiping the Card on any bank’s electronic data capture terminal / POS terminal. Cash withdrawals on ATMs and online purchase shall not be treated as retail purchase

    • The amount of Cash Back shall be reflected in the quarterly statement succeeding the Program Period.
    • The Program is  applicable to specific set of customer segments who have been selected based on their usage of debit cards
    • Cash withdrawals on ATMs and online purchase will not be eligible for Cash Back.
    • The Program is not valid for Void Transactions.

a. Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”):

    • "Card" shall mean a debit card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
    • "Card Holder/s" shall mean such select customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card and who has also received a  communication regarding the Program from ICICI Bank.
    • “Gift” shall mean the shopping voucher of  Big Bazaar worth Rs. 150. 
    • "Program" shall mean “Promo No. 5 of Swipe & Smile”. 
    • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
    • “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the Merchant Establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
    • "Program Period" shall mean period commencing from July 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008 (both days inclusive).
    • “Retail Purchase” shall mean such purchase, which has been made by the Card Holder/s by swiping the Card on any bank’s electronic data capture terminal / POS terminal. Cash withdrawals on ATMs and online purchase shall not be treated as retail purchase

b. Program details:

    • The Program is valid only for such the Card Holder/s who have received the Communication and when the Card Holder is making Retail Purchases, during the Program Period.
    • Under the Program, the Card Holder/s shall be eligible to receive the Gift upon making Retail Purchase/s worth Rs. 18000/- or above during the Program Period.
    • The Program is  applicable to specific set of customer segments who have been selected based on their usage of debit cards
    • The Gift is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
    • No substitution or exchange of Gift, shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Gift or any of them on account of non-availability of Gift, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Member.
    • ICICI Bank will send the Gift to the Cardholders within 90 days , from the closing date of the Program Period, at the Card Holder/s mailing address registered with ICICI Bank.
    • Cash withdrawals on ATMs and online purchase will not be eligible for Gift Vouchers.
    • The Program is not valid for Void Transactions.

c. Other Terms and Conditions

  1. This Program is brought to you by ICICI Bank and is made to Card Holder/s selected at the discretion of ICICI Bank.
  2. ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Gift.
  3. In the event any alternative Gift is offered, selection of the same shall be at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.
  4. ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the Gifts
  5. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Gift shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
  6. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
  7. All communication / notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Ltd., ICICI Bank Phone Banking Group, P.O.Box No. 20, Banjara Hills, P.O. Hyderabad - 500034".

  12. Card Holder/s shall be eligible to the receive the Gift upon fulfilling the Program details mentioned herein and the Gift shall be redeemable/ subject to use in accordance to any other additional terms and conditions ("t&c") stated by the Merchants to redeem the gift voucher. Card Holder/s must note that the Gift is sponsored by Big Bazaar  and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Big Bazaar  in this regard.
  13. ICICI Bank disclaims all responsibility and liability that may arise out of or in connection with the Gift or otherwise in relation to the Gift, which shall at all times rest on Big Bazaar. For any dispute that may arise out of or in connection with the Gift, or otherwise in relation to the Gift, the Cardholder shall directly resolve the same with Big Bazaar without involving ICICI Bank, in any manner.
  14. Nothing express or implied in the Big Bazaar terms and conditions shall in any way waive or amend the Primary Terms and Conditions and the Program Terms and Conditions.
  15. ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of or in connection with the use or otherwise of the Gift.
  16. ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  17. ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant Establishment or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card at an ICICI Bank terminal.
  18. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Program shall be borne solely by the Card Holder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.     • The Program is  applicable to specific set of customer segments who have been selected based on their usage of debit cards
    • The Gift is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

    • “Retail Purchase/s” shall mean such purchase, which has been made by the Card Holder/s by swiping the Card on any bank’s electronic data capture terminal / POS Terminal. Cash withdrawals on ATMs and online purchase shall not be treated as retail purchase.

b. Program details:

    • The Program is valid only for Retail Purchase/s made by the Card Holder/s, during the Program Period.
    • In order to be entitled to receive the Gift under the Program,the Card Holder/s shall be obliged to make Retail Purchase/s amounting to Rs. 40000 or more during the Program Period.
    • The Program is  applicable to specific set of customer segments who have been selected based on their usage of debit cards
    • The Gift is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
    • No substitution or exchange of Gift, shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Gift or any of them on account of non-availability of Gift, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Member.
    •  ICICI Bank will send the Gift to the Cardholder within 90 days from the closing date of the Program, at the Card Holder/s mailing address registered with ICICI Bank.
    • Cash withdrawals on ATMs and online purchases will not be eligible for Gift Vouchers.
    • The Program is not valid for Void Transactions.

c. Other Terms and Conditions

  1. This Program is brought to you by ICICI Bank and is made to Card Holder/s selected at the discretion of ICICI Bank.
  2. ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Gift.
  3. In the event any alternative Gift is offered, selection of the same shall be at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.
  4. ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the Gifts
  5. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Gift shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
  6. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

  8. In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

  10. If the Card Holder/s ceases to be Card Holder/s at any time during the  continuation of the Program, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Card Holder/s.
  11. These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
  12. Card Holder/s shall be eligible to the receive the Gift upon fulfilling the Program details mentioned herein and the Gift shall be redeemable/ subject to use in accordance to any other additional terms and conditions ("t&c") stated by the Merchants to redeem the gift voucher. Card Holder/s must note that the Gift is sponsored by Big Bazaar  and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Big Bazaar in this regard.
  13. ICICI Bank disclaims all responsibility and liability that may arise out of or in connection with the Gift or otherwise in relation to the Gift, which shall at all times rest on Big Bazaar. For any dispute that may arise out of or in connection with the Gift, or otherwise in relation to the Gift, the Cardholder shall directly resolve the same with Big Bazaar without involving ICICI Bank, in any manner.
  14. ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of or in connection with the use or otherwise of the Gift.
  15. Nothing express or implied in the Big Bazaar terms and conditions shall in any way waive or amend the Primary Terms and Conditions and the Program Terms and Conditions.
  16. ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  17. ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant Establishment or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card at an ICICI Bank terminal.
  18. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Program shall be borne solely by the Card Holder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues. ICICI Bank shall be entitled to deduct or set off the amounts of taxes, etc., if any, mentioned above from all amounts payable by ICICI Bank to the Card Holder/s and balance amount, if any, of Cash Back will be paid to the Card Holder/s / credited to the account of the Card Holder/s.
  19. The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

a. Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”):

    • "Card" shall mean a debit card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
    • "Card Holder/s" shall mean such select customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card and who has also received a communication regarding the Program from ICICI Bank.
    • “Gift ” shall mean the shopping voucher of Big Bazaar worth Rs. 1500/-.
    • "Program" shall mean “Promo No. 12 of Swipe & Smile ”. 
    • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
    • “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the Merchant Establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
    • "Program Period" shall mean period commencing from July 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008 (both days inclusive),.
