ICICI Bank and HPCL bring you the HPCL Debit Card - a debit card designed with your convenience in mind. Simply hand it over at any HPCL pump and save on your fuel purchases. In fact you can use the card for all your shopping, dining and travelling needs; so, you spend with total control.
Surcharge Waiver
All you have to do is to produce your ICICI Bank HPCL Debit Card at the HPCL petrol pump and ensure that it is swiped on an ICICI Bank terminal and you will save the 2.5% surcharge on your fuel purchases. (For a transaction below Rs.400, there is a minimum charge of Rs.2 that will be debited to your account.)

  • 15% discount on P.U.C check at select HPCL petrol pumps.
  • 15% on labor charges on servicing and minor repairs at select HPCL petrol pumps.

SMS Alerts on Point-Of-Sale (POS) Transactions
Your debit card is now safer than ever. You will receive an SMS alert informing you of any debit card payments above Rs.500. To get such free SMS alerts, all you need to do is register for Mobile Banking http://www.icicibank.com/pfsuser/channels/mobile/subscribe.htm
Daily Spending
You enjoy a per-day transaction limit of Rs.25,000 each for ATM withdrawals as well as for POS transactions.
Reward Points
Get 1 I-mint reward point for every Rs. 200 worth of purchases on your Debit Card. Reward Points are redeemable against fabulous gifts. Please refer to the Rewards FAQs for further details.
Fee and Charges
  • Low Annual Fee of Rs.99 only.
  • No transaction charges at ICICI Bank ATMs.
  • Transactions charges at non-ICICI Bank ATMs: Rs.20 for each cash withdrawal and nil for balance enquiry w.e.f. March 31, 2008

Migration of Speed-O-Miles rewards to I-mint Rewards Program

With effect from January 1, 2007, ICICI Bank HPCL Debit Cardholders, along with all other ICICI Bank Debit Cardholders, have been enjoying the benefit of the I-mint Rewards Programme, where the cardholder gets 1 reward point for every Rs.200 spent at any retail outlet.

Also in force for ICICI Bank HPCL Debit Cardholders is the HPCL Speed-O-Miles Rewards Programme, where the cardholder is entitled to 1 reward point for every Rs.100 spent on buying fuel at HPCL outlets, subject to a minimum spend of Rs.400.

In order to bring uniformity to all our cardholders and prevent the dual award of reward points to ICICI Bank HPCL Debit Cardholders, we are discontinuing the HPCL Speed-O-Miles Rewards Programme.

The reward points outstanding on September 1, 2007 under the HPCL Speed-O-Miles Rewards Programme will be migrated to the I-mint Rewards Programme. With the new I-mint Rewards Programme, our HPCL Debit Cardholders will enjoy the advantage of earning more points as well as receive the benefit of redeeming them against the fabulous I-mint Rewards Programme.
