You can make transactions like accessing account information - current and last statement - getting your payment status, viewing your monthly statement by e-mail, requesting a duplicate PIN, recording a change of address, ordering a draft, giving auto debit instructions, requesting a replacement card , redeeming points online from the Rewards catalogue and subscribing to statement by e-mail and mobile alerts.     Payment Options
1. For online payment if you have an ICICI Bank Savings Account
 
Go to ICICIBank.com and transfer funds from your savings account to credit card account using our Bill Pay facility.

To use Bill Pay, please follow these simple steps:
a. Log on to www.icicibank.com with your Internet Banking user ID (you can call us at our 24-hour Customer Care for your free user ID and password)

b. Go to the Bill Pay section and "register" your card as a "biller". This is a one-time activity. You are now ready to make payments to this biller. To know more, please click here.
2. For online payment if you do not have an ICICI Bank Savings Account
 

a. Pay your ICICI Bank credit card dues from any of your non-ICICI-Bank savings accounts using Click To Pay. The service allows you to pay your credit-card outstanding with funds from your account with any of more than 15 other banks. To know more, please click here.



b. Pay your ICICI Bank credit card dues from any of your non-ICICI-Bank savings accounts also through net banking if your bank has enabled the NEFT facility. Use Transaction Code 52 and IFS code ICIC0000103 for ICICI Bank as the destination bank. To know more, please click here.

3. By Auto-Debit
 
If you have an account with any ICICI Bank branch, you can make payment of your monthly credit-card bill (either the minimum amount due or the total amount due) by direct debit to your bank account through a simple mandate. To know more, please click here.
4. By Cheque / Draft payment
 

Make out a cheque/draft on a local bank and drop it into one of the collection boxes conveniently placed at our ICICI Bank branches / ATMs / Skypak drop boxes in your neighbourhood. The cheque/draft should be payable to “ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX”.

An ICICI Bank cheque will take 3 days to clear; a non-ICICI-Bank cheque will take 5 days.

Please drop your cheques/drafts well in advance to avoid any late payment charge and interest charge. You may keep the date of the cheques/drafts as the Statement Due Date.

5. Over the Phone

 

You may even pay over the phone if you hold a savings account with us, by calling us at any of our 24-hour Customer Care numbers. It will take 3 business days for the payment to reflect in your credit card account. Do call us sufficiently in advance to avoid late payment charge and interest charge.
6. In Cash
 
You may deposit cash towards your credit card payment at any of our bank branches from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The payment would reflect in your account within 24 hours. Please make your payment before the due date to avoid late payment charge and interest charge. Cash payment of credit card bills entails a service charge of Rs.100 per payment.

Statement Online is a very simple, powerful and convenient way to view your credit-card statement details instantly without any postal delays. Just sign up for Statement Online and get faster, reliable access to your account statement. Mobile alerts from ICICI Bank provide you with information about your ICICI Bank Credit Card even when you are on the move. You would now no longer miss a payment or exhaust your credit limit without a warning. Currently customers with Internet Banking user-IDs can subscribe to the alerts. To know more, please click here.

    Cash Advance
With an ICICI Bank Credit Card in your wallet, you will not be strapped for cash ever again. You can withdraw cash on your card, 24 hours a day from any VISA or MasterCard participating member bank ATM using your APIN*. During banking hours you can also draw cash over-the-counter, from any ICICI Bank branch in cities where the ICICI Bank Credit Card has been introduced.

For each cash transaction, there is a fee of 2.5% levied on the amount withdrawn subject to a minimum of Rs.300. In addition to the Transaction fee, an Interest charge will also be levied from the date of transaction to the date of repayment.

This feature will be activated for select logos after 90days of issue of card.

    Self Set Limit
The only Card that allows you to pre-define your own credit limits. You can request a limit lower than what your are eligible for. You can even preset the monthly spending limits on the "Bandhan" Card. Any transactions over the specified 'Spend Limit' will be declined. This monthly spending limit can be reset every billing cycle by simply calling our 24-hour Customer Care and placing your request with the executive who answers. Your spend limit will be changed on-line and come into force from the following billing cycle.

Global Emergency Assistance Service
The next time you travel abroad, please remember that you have the option of using the Global Emergency Assistance Services provided by Visa/MasterCard for our cardholders. These can be availed for:

1. Reporting lost/stolen credit cards
2. Requesting an emergency card replacement
3. Emergency cash advance
4. Miscellaneous enquiries.

The toll-free telephone numbers for accessing these emergency assistance Helplines are available in local telephone directories / yellow pages and other local listings in each country. For availing of Visa Global Assistance Services, charges as applicable including telecom costs will be levied to your card account like Lost/Stolen Card reporting, Emergency Card replacement, Emergency Cash Disbursement and Miscellaneous Customer Service Enquiries.

ICICI Bank Blue Cards are welcomed at all merchant establishments displaying the VISA logo (over 1,10,000 establishments) and MasterCard logo (over 77,000) across India and Nepal and the Silver and Gold Cards are accepted globally by over 22 million VISA Card and 22 million MasterCard accepting establishments.
 
Photo Card
You have the option of having your photograph and signature digitally imprinted on the front of the Card. This provides you extra security at any of the merchant establishments. In fact, it can be used as a proof of identification. In the interest of your own security, we strongly recommend that you opt for a photo-Card.
 
 If you had decided not to opt for a photo Card when you applied for your credit card, simply call  24-hour Customer Care and place your request with the executive who answers. A form will be sent to you. Fill it and post it to us at: ICICI Bank Credit Card Operations, P.O. Box 7931, Tulsiwadi, PO, Mumbai - 400 034. A photo-Card will be yours at no extra cost.
