| 1. In the ICICI Bank Credit Cards Bill Pay service, we will provide you with regular updates about your bill payments. Our communication mode will be through SMS/Email on the contact number and email id taken from you at the time of registration for ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill Payment service. You will receive an intimation from us when the following events occur during the lifecycle of your registration -
- When your registration details are updated in our system
- If/when a service provider rejects the details provided by you for any reason
- When a bill from your registered service provider is generated (atleast 10 days before the due date of the bill of your service provider)
- If/when the bill generated, is paid by ICICI Bank Credit Card (3-4 days before the due date of the bill of your service provider)
- If/when the bill generated, is not paid due by ICICI Bank Credit Cards for any reason (3-4 days before the due date of the bill of the service provider)
- If/when a service provider is deleted
- If/when a registration is cancelled
