1. In the ICICI Bank Credit Cards Bill Pay service, we will provide you with regular updates about your bill payments. Our communication mode will be through SMS/Email on the contact number and email id taken from you at the time of registration for ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill Payment service. You will receive an intimation from us when the following events occur during the lifecycle of your registration -
  1. When your registration details are updated in our system
  2. If/when a service provider rejects the details provided by you for any reason
  3. When a bill from your registered service provider is generated (atleast 10 days before the due date of the bill of your service provider)
  4. If/when the bill generated, is paid by ICICI Bank Credit Card (3-4 days before the due date of the bill of your service provider)
  5. If/when the bill generated, is not paid due by ICICI Bank Credit Cards for any reason (3-4 days before the due date of the bill of the service provider)
  6. If/when a service provider is deleted
  7. If/when a registration is cancelled
2. As a customer registered with ICICI Bank Credit Cards Bill Pay service You have the freedom to manage your bill payments service. You can initiate -
  • Stop Payment - Which will stop a payment to a particular transaction to the service provider. This has to be intiated atleast 6 days before the due date of the bill of your service provider
  • Biller Deletion - This will delete your registration for a particular service provider. For e.g. if you have been registered for Airtel and BSNL and you wish to remove the registration of Airtel. You can initiate a Biller Deletion to get it effected. An automatic stop payment is initiated for all current active payments of this bill.
  • Account cancellation - This will delete all registrations with your card number. An automatic stop payment is initiated for all current active payments of this bill.
  • Update contact details - You can alter any contact details on which you are receiving SMS/Email alerts.
  • Add more billers - At any time you can add more billers to your account.

  • To initiate any of the above all you need to do is to call up our 24 hour customer service centre and keep the name of your service provider and the relevant reference numbers ready. Our customer service exectutive will guide you through the process.
