Will I be charged extra for using i-Assist? |
|
i-Assist is a complimentary service offered by ICICI Bank to our Signature, Platinum and Titanium credit card holders.
You will not be charged for using i-Assist. You will be charged only for the actual cost of the services, e.g. cost of the ticket if you book tickets, and any delivery charges that are applicable. |

How does i-Assist charge me for what I have asked for? |
|
The cost of the service will be charged to your ICICI Bank Credit Card. All you will need to do is fax an authorization form to the i-Assist desk to charge your card for the requisite amount.
In most cases, the service provider will charge your card based on the authorization form. However in some cases where the service provider is not available, your card will be charged by our i-Assist partner, International SOS. |
