  • The Visa Pizza Hut offer is open for participation to all holders of Visa Gold, Visa Platinum and Visa Signature Credit Card or Debit Card issued in India. To qualify for the privileges, all payments must be made with a Visa Card.
  • The promotion period for the “Visa Pizza Hut” offer is until December 30, 2008.
  •  However, the offer is not valid on December 25, 2008.
  • The offer is available at select dine-in outlets of Pizza Hut in India, and is available in the published menu at these outlets.
  • Ring O' Garlic and the full Punjabi range of pizzas are not part of this offer.
  • The prices are exclusive of taxes.
  • The “Visa Pizza Hut Offer” cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • This offer is available on dine-in only.
  • Visa Signature/Platinum /Gold Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Visa Pizza Hut offer. Any participation by the cardholder shall be voluntary. Offers made by Visa and Pizza Hut are promotional and on a best-effort basis. Cardholders can also make transactions at Pizza Hut outlets without availing of this offer.
  • Visa shall not be responsible for, nor does it guarantee the quality of, the goods and services provided by any of the outlets of the Visa Pizza Hut offer.  Visa is not liable for any deficiency in the products or inadequacies of the services so obtained or availed of by the cardholders from the outlets.
  • The Visa Pizza Hut offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, coupons or special offers. The benefits offered in the Visa Pizza Hut offer are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise.
  • The rates indicated in the offer are based on published rates in the menu, and are subject to service charges and statutory taxes. Redemption of the offer is the sole responsibility of the participating Pizza Hut outlets. Visa is not responsible for any charge/cancellation of the offer by outlets.
  • Participating Visa cardholders irrevocably agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction and such disputes shall be governed under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (as amended up to date).

  • ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Visa. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with Visa directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.

  • ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed by the Cardholder/s under the Visa Pizza Hut offer.

  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Visa Pizza Hut offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Visa Pizza Hut offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

  • The Visa Pizza Hut offer is sponsored by Visa and the Cardholder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Visa in this regard.

  • ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
