Corporate Card with Corporate Liability – The card is for Employee's business expenses, here the Corporate is liable for the payment of spends done on the card. Company's risk is equal to the outstanding on the card. The risk is controlled by the fact that this is a charge card, there is no revolving on outstanding. A full payment has to be done at the end of each month.
