Note: This facility is currently available only for Savings Account Holders excluding Wealth Management/Global Private Clients & NRI customers.

Re-issue of both userid and password :

1. UserId Re-issue

Call our 24 hour customer service and request for re-issue of user ID

Authenticate yourself on IVR by entering 16 digits of card and 4 digit ATM PIN to get your User ID instantly over the call
For credit card userid and password re-issue, please call our 24 hours customer service

2. Password Re-issue

Speak to a customer service executive on the same call. Your request for password re-issue will be taken instantly and password will be dispatched to your mailing address.

You can continue to use your old password or request for a new one.In case you request for a new password, the old one will lapse.
