Procedure to update your PAN

Internet Banking |
- Visit www.icicibank.com/nri
- Select Internet Banking
- Enter your User ID and Password to login
- Click on Service Requests (link on left hand panel of logged-in section)
- Click on Request for PAN Updation
- Select Account number and enter the following details:
- PAN Card Number
- Date of Birth on PAN Card
- Registered E-mail ID
Alternatively, you can send an email from your secured inbox (left-hand panel of the logged-in page).
Turn around time: 2 working days

You may send an e-mail to nri@icicibank.com from your registered e-mail ID mentioning your ICICI Bank account number / customer ID and PAN.

- Speak to our customer care executive and request for PAN updation

Please Note: Keep your Debit Card Number, PIN and Account Number handy during the call for the authetication process.
