Download iMobile

To download iMobile, submit your 10 digit mobile number.*

*Once you submit the number, we will call you to assist with iMobile activation. Please ensure that the mobile number is registered for mobile banking and has GPRS facility activated.


To start using our Mobile Banking services, you will have to register your mobile number with the bank. You will also need to ensure that the GPRS services are enabled on the same mobile device.

Follow these 3 simple steps to start using iMobile

Step 1: Download iMobile


Visit the Google Play store or Apple app store to download the new iMobile. Alternatively, SMS iMobile to 5676766 to get the download link or Visit from your mobile browser.


Step 2: Activate iMobile


Once the iMobile application is downloaded, follow these steps to activate iMobile Open and install the application Verify the mobile number and select the Login option from

  • Login PIN
    Set a 4-digit Login PIN of your choice. This PIN will be required each time you login to iMobile application. We suggest you choose a PIN different from your other PINs (ATM, Phone Banking etc.)
  • Internet Banking User Id and password
    Login using your Internet Banking User ID/ password. In case you need your User ID/password, click here.

Step 3: Authenticate your account and login


Once the Login option is selected, log into iMobile. First time users need to complete a one-time grid card authentication. The application will fetch grid values as given on the back of the Debit card of your chosen bank account.


Each time you start the application, the app will prompt for the chosen login method. The app will prompt you for your Grid Card authentication for all financial transactions.
