3) Dear Customer, With effect from November 1, 2013 requests such as Blocking/ Unblocking of Card, Linking of Accounts, Upgrade of CIB access, Registration or modification of mobile number & e-mail address, reactivation of TPIN for your CIB account will not be serviced at corporatecare@icicibank.com. For the above mentioned request please visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch.

 

 

Safe Banking: ICICI Bank will never send you e-mails asking for confidential details of your account/ PIN/ Password or personal parameters such as date of birth, mother's maiden name etc. Beware of anyone asking you for such info on behalf of the bank through e-mails or phone calls.
