Forgot Password?

 

If you have forgotten your password and want a new set of passwords, please follow the below mentioned options:

 

1) Place an Online request for resetting of passwords

 

Place an online request for generation of fresh set of passwords from the link "Online Request for Password Resetting" at the home page of Corporate Internet Banking (CIB). Passwords will be sent at your registered email address on a secure URL. No administrative fee will be charged for online generation of passwords.

2) Place a request at Corporate care


Send an e-mail from a registered e-mail ID to corporatecare@icicibank.com, mentioning your Corporate ID, User id and Account Number. The passwords would be couriered to your registered address.

Please note that your login ID and passwords, delivered physically would be in preactivated mode.


Login Disabled?

 

In case you have not logged in for more than 365 days/entered the wrong password 5 times, the ID will get disabled for security reasons.

 

In case of online resetting of password, by default your login and transaction password would be in a disabled mode and on trying to login, you will get a message as "Login disabled". To get the same activated, you have to send the signed acknowledgment back to us and only then your ID will be activated.

 

For enabling your user ID, you may:

 

Fax a signed request on company letterhead to 022- 61374557 / 42514557 with details: Date, Account Number, Corporate ID, User ID/s, User/s Signature, duly verified by authorised signatory.

 

OR

 

E-mail us a scanned copy of the request letter as an attachment to corporatecare@icicibank.com.

 

Also, individuals and sole proprietors can activate their passwords through our 24-hour Customer Care after due authentication using ICICI Bank Debit Card.

 

Please note that the time between the date of attempted login and the date of sending the fax should not be more than 7 days.

ICICI Bank Corporate Internet Banking is best viewed on Windows Operating System and a screen resolution of 1024X768 with any of the following web browsers:

  • Internet Explorer (9.0 and below)
  • Google Chrome (10 and below)
  • Mozilla Firefox (4.0 and below)
