The mobile alerts given to debit and credit card holders is a wonderful innovation. Any time you loose your card or any successful attempt is made you will be alerted. This helps us to communicate with ICICI Bank and get the transactions stopped on the card. An excellent customer service initiative.

I visited omkareshwar branch after 7 PM. I was late. Due to closure of branch guard did not allowed me to go in, but the officer Kapil Dhotre saw me talking with guard, and called me inside. He asked me about the reason for being there. I told him that I was late for some reason and I was there to receive my personal loan cheque. He asked me about my identity proof, and the details of my loan. I was such impressed that the employee was following the bank rules and at the same time was giving me cheque. It shows and proves that ICICI Bank serves their customers according to their reputations. I really thankful for the service given by Kapil Dhotre.

I have been using the Netbanking site of ICICI for the past 2.5Years. I have to say it’s the best banking site I have ever visited. I have two other bank accounts including a MNC banks from other country. They come nowhere to the services provided by ICICI netbanking. The netbanking site has totally avoided me from visiting your bank even once. That is the ease of service and the feature-loaded site. I always recommend ICICI netbanking to all my friends. On May 9, I have contacted customer care and informed about my issue to the executive. The executive was very kind enough, listened to the issue, and provided me with complaint no SR 24274057. Within a couple of hours, ICICI executive called me (her name was Vijaya) and clarified couple of things, contacted the relevant persons and assured me that refund will be given. Today when I have logged in, I saw that the amount was refunded. I would like to appreciate the customer care for this speedy work. Thanks..

The instance pertains to honour of some of the instruments, which were getting returned due to some technical reason, since our accountant was out of town we were unaware of the fact of issuance of instruments & came to know only at 2 PM in the form of SMS. We spoke to the help line but could not get a satisfactory reply hence we had to get in touch with Ashish for his help again. I am really happy to write a compliment to ICICI bank because banking solutions are made very easy with the help of the revolutionary soft wares used by the bank. I never thought of paying credit card bill just with a mouse click from my savings account. Not only this but others like fund transfers especially to non-ICICI bank etc...... I was out of India. I came back on 24.4.07. My ATM card expired on 30.4.07. During my absence, pin has been delivered to my address. So, I wrote to customer service for help in getting the new card. Within a day, I got a reply saying that my card has been redispatched. I got the card last week. What a tremendous way of serving the customers!!

I have a NRE account in the Habsiguda branch, Hyderabad. In the month of March, I transferred an amount via online fund transfer by mistake to a wrong account. I later realized my mistake and immediately approached the local branch where my complaint was very well handled. I was assured that I will get back my amount at the earliest and today I have the amount back in my account. I understand that this reversal of funds is not possible without the written approval of the payee to whose account my money was transferred . To make this possible, I really appreciate the care and concern taken by the ICICI staff both at Hyderabad and Rajasthan. I would like to specially mention about the good work by the Customer Service Officer "Ms. Juveria" at ICICI Bank, Habsiguda branch and "Ms.Mandeep Kapoor" at ICICI Bank, Kota branch for the support they have extended in retrieving the amount. I have had enough experience with a handful of banks earlier. A year back I applied for an ICICI credit card and was provided with one. Ever since then the way the bank provides assistance i.e. 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. makes me very comfortable to make my payments without any delays. ICICI holds the credit of providing service to the customers during non-business hours, which enables many people who are working to access the bank before or after their work. Its indeed making ICICI unique from other banks. Moreover, lots of ATM's across the city adds to its credits.
