Indigo Offer - Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  •  “Alliance partner” shall mean InterGlobe Aviation Limited
    who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
  •  “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Prepaid Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
  •  “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Debit/Credit Card/Prepaid Card.
  •  “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 24th March, 2011 to 30th September, 2011 both days inclusive.
  •  "Website” shall mean the following "website" of the "Alliance partner": www.goindigo.in
  • "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the "website" of the "Alliance partner".
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
  •  “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities of purchasing tickets online offered by the Alliance Partner.
    All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Offer Terms and Conditions

All Credit, Debit and Prepaid card users of ICICI Bank will be entitled to avail 10% discount on base fare for every ticket booked on www.goindigo.in

 Terms Prescribed by Alliance Partner
  • Offer: All Credit,Debit and Prepaid card users of ICICI Bank will be entitled to avail 10% discount on base fare for every ticket booked on www.goindigo.in
  • Offer Period: This Offer is valid till 30th June, 2011 during which customers can make their airline bookings
  • The customer would be required to provide the promo code “FLYICI” at the time of making the booking.
  • IndiGo will be able to provide the discount to any customer only if the customer enters the promo code at the time of making the booking. IndiGo cannot be held responsible if the promo code is not entered or an incorrect promo code is entered 
  • In the event customer fails to enter the promo code for availing the discount, IndiGo shall, in no way, be liable to refund the applicable discounted amount.
  • The discount will be applied on the base fare only. The remaining base fare and all applicable taxes, surcharges and fees shall have to be paid by the customer.
  • The bookings can only be done on the IndiGo website www.goindigo.in.
  • All bookings will be governed by the Conditions of Carriage of IndiGo.
  •  Regular cancellation/modification fee would be applicable in case of change of itinerary as per standard terms & conditions of IndiGo.
Terms prescribed by ICICI bank

a) Terms and conditions prescribed for ICICI bank Credit, Debit & Prepaid Card Holders
  • ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the alliance partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
  • ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / offer availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the alliance partner.
  • The Offer is sponsored by the alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the alliance Partner in this regard.
  • ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
  • The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such alliances cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
 
 
Cleartrip Offer - Terms and conditions

To avail  benefits under the Offer the  ICICI Bank Cardholder including Credit card and Debit card users shall be required to make a transaction/purchase on the Website using ICICI Bank cards including Debit/Credit card   during  the Offer Period from June 04,2011 to July 04,2011 both days inclusive.

In case you fail to enter the promo code, you will not be eligible for the cash back under any circumstances
  • For Domestic round trip flight ticket offer, the cashback will be calculated instantly & the net amount will be charged to your card/account.
    For Hotel bookings, the cashback will be credited to your card/account within 5 working days from date of transaction.

Other  Terms and Conditions
  • Offer valid on any domestic round trip flight or hotel booked on www.cleartrip.com using ICICI Credit or Debit card
  • To avail of cashback you need to enter coupon code TRIPIBANK  before payment during the booking process. If correct coupon code is not entered then you will not receive any cashback.
  • You can avail the offer only twice for Domestic Flights & twice for Hotels for each Net banking Account/Credit or Debit card used.  If you transact more than twice you can still book but will not get any cashback on your 3rd Domestic Flight or 3rd Hotel transaction.
  • The cashback offer is valid per booking. In case you book more than 1 adult/ segment/ ticket/ room night/ room in a single booking, you will still receive cashback on per booking basis only.
  • In case you cancel the booking (in part or full) the entire cashback availed for the said booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Valid on Adult & Child bookings only. Not valid for Infants. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback offer on www.cleartrip.com

I. DEFINITIONS

  •  “Alliance Partner” shall mean Ezeego1 Travels and Tours Pvt Ltd  (Ezeego1)  who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
  • “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, credit card account(s), loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
  • “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) “shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
  • The  offer will  be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Credit/ Debit Cards, on ICICI Bank payment gateway, whether provided by ICICI Bank, or any other service providers appointed by ICICI . Terms and Conditions - International Holidays

  • This promotion is open to Indian Citizens only.
  • The prices mentioned on the website are applicable only if there are a minimum of 2 adults travelling together. Surcharges will be applicable on single passengers (travelling alone)
  •  Inclusions and exclusions for each package will be as mentioned on the website.
  • Cancellation charges will be applicable as mentioned below
  •  30 - 11 days prior to the departure date: Rs. 5000/- per person
  • 10 - 0 days prior to the departure date:Charges will be advised on case to case basis depending on the cancellation policy of each airline and hotel on which the tour cost has been based.
  • Any cancellations during peak period may attract upto 100% cancellation charges.
  • Amendment and Cancellation Charges
  • After issuance of Vouchers OR during the tour.
  • Once the vouchers or air / rail tickets have been issued, any cancelation or amendment would attract a penalty of Rs. 2,000/- per person in addition to the cancellation or amendment charges as levied by the hotels and other service providers.
  • Before the issuance of Vouchers OR Departure
  • In case of amendments, there may be charges applicable as per the cancellation or amendment policies of the hotels or the service providers. Also if the same flight and hotel is not available for the new dates, the difference in cost would be payable along with the amendment charges.
  • All holidays would be subject to availability at the time of booking. In case of non availability of air seats or hotels, in case of alternates offered, the difference in cost would be payable.
  • In case of event periods and trade fair periods, there could be surcharges applicable on the hotels. In case of non availability of hotels, alternate hotels will be provided. Any difference in cost as a result will be additionally payable.
  • The packages are valid till further notice and are based on first come first serve basis. The package prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The rate of conversion considered is USD1 = INR 48; 1 EURO = INR 63; 1 AUD = INR 44. In case of any increase in the cost that may come into force prior to the departure date including change in price owing to fluctuation in the rate of exchange, the difference in cost would be payable prior to departure.
  • Ezeego1 does not guarantee issuance of visas and the same is at the discretion of the Immigration authorities of each country. In case the visa is rejected; the cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • In case of third party products, such as cruise holiday, bus and train tickets, hotels, services during the trade fair period, festival periods, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned third party service provider would also be applicable in addition to our Terms and Conditions. Ezeego1 has the right to claim service and communication charges of upto Rs 2000/- per person.
  • REFUND POLICY
  • No refund will be allowed in case of No-shows, except air taxes.
  • In the event of cancellation / re-scheduling of flight if hotel rooms and flight seats are available for the subsequent day or on an alternative schedule, the passenger will be accommodated. In case the passenger decides not to travel, then the package will be refunded to the passenger.
  • No refund will be given on commencement of first leg of journey or on partly utilized package, except air taxes.
  • It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever the reason of inability to participate including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc. Ezeego1 shall not be liable to pay any compensation, interest or damages to the passenger
  • All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the ezeego1 Website would apply

  • All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer,

  • Confirmation of any booking will solely be subject to availability of ticket(s) /seat(s) / room(s) with the airline(s) or hotel(s).
